The manager in the Geneva branch has gone above and beyond in her helping me with an account issue that was my fault. I heard a lot of negative things about Fifth Third, but I saw first hand how helpful and professional they are. I would highly recommend them.

Don't bank here or any fifth third, it's a joke.I have called and called to schedule an appt to close my account, but can't seem to get anyone on the phone. When I stop in, there's hardly anyone working, and they basically just tell me to go to a different branch.

I’m appalled at how I was treated by the young gentleman who I tried to open up a checking account with. He used derogative language When I was perfectly polite, I have no idea why I was treated that way.

You‘ve got to be kidding... I don’t do business here and after sitting in the drive thru with a friend for 1/2 hour, I would NEVER. What bank does business this way. I’ll stick with Old Second.

Banker failed to return call as she promised, Called here back a few times never returned my calls. I even visited the bank to discuss with here. She never acknowledged me made me wait, then she informed me that she can not see and discuss the loan with me. Bad way to do business.

This is the greatest Bank and even though I live close to Dundee I prefer this one. Mr. Steve (I call him) is so personable and just plain nice and always wants to help. And EJ, wow what a teller, she does the job of two and I hope that Fifth Third knows that. I always go to EJ and if I need help I go to "Mr. Steve". It is a friendly nice bank.
