Terrible ! Did our brakes wrong and then put our filter in backwards which caused black junk to go everywhere in car. Car needs to now be detail cleaned. I called to talk
To manager left message with associate and NEVER got a call back.

This location is top-notch. They've helped me at short notice twice now, and are always prompt, thorough, and friendly. This time I had a nail in my tire, and when they found it wasn't leaking, they didn't even charge me for the time. Big shout out to Gavin!

Gavin was a fantastic help with my car. He was very upfront and honest about the issues with it and how much they would cost, and demonstrated great flexibility when there were additional issues. He also went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive home the day I brought my care in, even staying late to ensure the work got done. I'm super appreciative of him and the technicians at this location, and would happily recommend this place to anyone else.

First of all, I’ve always had a good experience at this store no matter why I come in, but this experience was particularly good. The young man, Gavin, greeting customers and working hard to keep things running had an unpleasant interaction with a completely irrational customer that was impatient due to ZERO fault of Gavin’s and Gavin handled it very well. Professionally and patiently. Gary also dealt with it very well and is also a very professional and friendly staffer. Keep those two around for a long time…they’re keepers. I’ll be back.

I brought in my 2016 ford mustang yesterday bc it was having slight over heating issues come to find out I had a coolant leak!! From the start everyone was so very nice especially Gary, they noticed I had a bad leak from my water pump and recommended I get a new one. TIM was the lead mechanic on my car and lemme just say what a guy, walked me out to show me everything he was working on and to update me, over all this place is a 100/10 on customer service and listening and repairs. I definitely will be going back much better then the Carol stream one!! (lol)

These people are scammers and they don’t know anything mechanical expect simple jobs like : tires, brake pads, and minor stuff. Took my car there to inspect my suspension after hitting a pothole. They came up with over $2500 estimate and half of that job was not even needed. Ended up buying 2 of those parts and spending $250 on them and doing it by myself. They mark up the parts by 25-30% if not more so go and get them in advance auto parts down the road. They told me my pads are worn which I replaced all 4 a month ago and wiper blades which replaced / month ago, oil change which was done 2 weeks ago, etc. They can’t perform a proper diagnostic.
