I Have been here multiple times and have been taken care of very well , the manager was alone and unfortunately understaffed , in the car business now everything is on Backorder and not available quickly, so what I'm saying is the Manager was multipurpose employee and never pushed me away because he was in a hurry . My Daughter had a low pressure light and stop by and he helped her . I appreciate the people who can keep a positive attitude and get back to quality.

I did an alignment check but a week earlier and then the issue was brakes. Now they said the rear control arm has seized for both my rear tires. Why was this not identified in the alignment the week before? Also I never received the alignment report from last time

Disappointed. Been coming here for years. Brought car in yesterday for tail light replacement and alignment. Kept car 3 hours longer than expected to be told the car wouldn’t start and we needed to have the car towed. My husband came to look at the car and it started just fine. They offered no explanation.

Cars are super dirty, Miss leading people on the phone flat out lied to me about the condition of an expedition Max. Told me it was in pristine condition and it was not even safe to test drive. Bad cuts in side walls of every tie to point you could see metal cords, the tail light was busted out the interior smelled awful. The headliner was ripped there were pencil stab marks in the back seat along with missing vents. One of the rims looked like it had gotten so hot that it changed colors to a burnt orange. Scratches all over the outside. The salesman then tried to take us to look at others they had in stock but they were all the same dirty not ready to be sold all there rims were peeling the clear coat off and super dirty and smelled bad. If I had to guess they had been sitting in water. I drove 4 hrs to look at a truck I was told was in pristine condition and that's what I found. Worst customer service dealership I have been to. They treat you like caddle just get you in and push you through. All about the volume not quality of the product or service.

Thanks to Josh and Orion for working on my car. New tires and alignment. They did such a good job. Josh walked you through the whole process and what all is intaled. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend them if you need any work done to your vehicle.
