I WAS RECENTLY IN THE FIVE BELOW STORE IN SAINT CHARLES WITH TWO TEENAGERS AND ABY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. I WOULD ALWAYS GO THERE THE DAYS THAT SHE WORKED BECAUSE SHE JUST BRIGHTENED ALL OF OUR LIVES. SHE IS SO OUTGOING AND VERY HELPFUL.

My wife and I found these tents marked for $12 on the shelf. They were incorrectly priced. When my wife mentioned that to him, the manager started talking to her like a child. That’s when I started talking. He kept arguing with me. He refused to let me speak. He was talking over me. This location has really gone down hill since Sage left. The utter disrespect they have for their customers over $3.

Visited the store today and I was surprised to hear a very friendly "Hello". In all honesty, I was not expecting that usually kids are rude and not caring. But Shout out to "Lexi" who not only greeted us nicely but was very sweet and friendly to us when we got to the cashiers desk.More and more stores should hire such professional personnel. Thanks a lot for an amazing shopping experiece :)

Store is great. It's the employees I have a issue with. I guess its okay to eat while stocking shelves. I guess it's also ok to finish eating near the register, then cash out a customer WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS! Absolutely gross.
