Had tail gate on my Lincoln MKX repaired and painted from backing into my garage while tail gate was opened. I thought it was damaged beyond repair. Alan wrote a repair estimate to repair and paint existing tail gate and completion was perfect. Shop will be my go to for any needed body repair. My wife and I met up with 2 beautiful french bull dogs that where visiting the day of pick up.

Fix it auto is an exceptional experience. Dates and expectations met plus courtesy ride when I couldn't get one to pick up my car. All who worked with me were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. Outstanding work too!

My auto insurance company recommended Fix Auto Fox Valley in St Charles, and I couldn't have been happier with the work they did on the front bumper and fender of my Rogue. It's several years old, and it has a special paint so it required a 3 stage process. Each day I received a text informing me of the progress of the work being done, and it was completed on the day promised. The office manager couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I would highly recommend them for auto body work for any vehicle!

Overall I’m happy with the check in, the follow up texts, and finally the repair outcome.The only thing I’m not happy about was the scratches on the door & bumper after. I have a video of my suv before I submitted it - the scratches weren’t there when I dropped it off. Hoping to get this touched up!
