The BEST auto body repair shop!!! My brand new car was rear ended on the highway. My stepdad and mom have both used Fix Auto for their body repairs in the past, so I really wanted to find a place I could get it fixed and know it would look good. I was arguing with their insurance place to be able to have it fixed here. Alan did a great job explaining to me that I have the right to take it wherever I chose and reassured me that they would get everything taken care of with the person who hit me’s insurance. Steven was great to work with and got my car looking perfect again. There was some hiccups on the way, but Steven made sure everything was handled properly and had my best interest. Thank you again!!!

This is the 2nd time I needed to use the services of Fix Auto. Both times I was pleased with their customer service and work on my 2021 GMC Yukon.

Fix auto delivered excellent service. From the estimate to repairs. The staff was friendly and kept me up to date with the status. The car was repaired early them expect.

Didn’t complete repairs in full. Alan did order all parts hence no installation and fixes, but at the same time included parts and labor to the bill
Promised to order parts and do installation later, but didn’t call on the agreed day..

This was my first experience with Fix Auto Fox Valley & they did a wonderful job on my car. The service was quick and the office staff was pleasant. Steven G in the office did a great job answering all my questions and displayed great customer service!!

Going to FIX is like going to the dentist. You really don’t want to have to see them, but when you do you’re happy you did. Sad to say, I’m a long term client and happy I am. I miss Larry, but the service and quality of work is still unmatched.
