These are the top reasons for the move out:
- Walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors argue, talk, hear everything they do in the kitchen area, constantly banging the walls/stairs.
- Can hear everything that goes on through the hallways.
- A lot of police activity and these were the the major events: about 15 State Troopers raided the unit below me 4 months into my lease, there was an attempt of murder that happened at the complex on July 31, 2025, and there was a murder at the complex 5-7 years ago
- Parking: there is never parking available for the residents that live here. I went through the parking lot one time at night checking for parking stickers on vehicles for the apartment and counted 38 vehicles without a parking sticker. Even tho they make you pay for one
There is no peace of mind when coming home when you constantly hear screaming, banging, and just every noise possible.
The unit itself is very spacious and nice, I will say maintenance crew was awesome fixing issues fast! Shout out to Derek! but for the reasons above were the big factors.

I moved in same day due to an ongoing life situation. Rola and Lorenzo were very helpful. I've lived in less than stellar conditions before. But this place is nice. While a little pricey (and the A/C struggles to keep up - I live facing West), a few fans solves the problem. Friendly staff, prompt maintenance, kind neighbors, no pet issues solidified my choice and positive pick in living here. Thank you Fox Run!

The Utilities here in the Summer and Winter ARE CRAZY in the summertime the unit doesn’t cool off for days and in the winter the unit is FREEZING. My daughter slipped and fell in the parking lot needed 10 stitches having to have her nostril reattached I emailed management no response when I went to the office she said she didn’t see the email but pulled it up right in front of me . My car was broken into in the parking lot, My Package was stolen. My neighbor was a creep. I bought a gas grill because they told me I could have one then I came home from work on day and they removed it saying I couldn’t have it , then when I moved out I got my grill back that had a brand new propane tank the propane tank was empty .Only good thing about living here was Maintenance they were always there to Help

Staff is very helpful and patient to clarify any questions, they gave me options to help me secure my deposit to move in bc I didn’t have a full amount and they always have a option to help you with rent if needed, everything you need is a walk away too, their maintenance team is very fast and respectful too, this is my first apartment and they made sure to make it feel like home

This property has made a significant change in last year’s. It has a lot of potential and ownership sees that. With all new appliances and renovated apartments with countued upgrades on property. It’s very convenient location for stores and restaurants/bars and living in St charles. I’ve know this property back in 2004 and it’s a fun place to live.

If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. I moved in two years ago, and since then it has been a roller coaster. From the start of my lease, the leasing manager walked me through our future home. The past people had gotten evicted and the place was a disaster upon arrival. They rushed to clean it, but honestly no appliances worked for weeks. We essentially had to wait till the "renovations" to get a working dishwasher... Not to mention, the bathroom is pretty nasty, and there are hints of mold on the ceilings. I have also had leaks through my closet several times to fix it. Once we moved in, we realized very quick that we had the loudest neighbors known to man kind. I called the office numerous times, sometimes a couple times a day, to get them to quiet down. I had to call the police to quiet them down, and still nothing. Loud EDM music till all hours of the night. I called the office again and again and again, they even came to my apartment to hear what it sounds like and said they would proceed to help the noise and did not. This kept on happening for months, at this point I was at my wits end with the neighbors, but could not do anything about it. I go to the city and go to a party one Saturday, and I come home to CAUTION tape, and a whole crime investigation next door to my unit, and my heart dropped. NO one expects to be living in St. Charles, and legit have a shooting so close to you in your home. Next door was the shooting, and they had several hostages and someone died next door. On top of this all, we soon realized there were several bullet holes in my wall. I approached management about this, and they had no sympathy and in fact raised our rent the following year. This place is very dangerous, there is clearly no regards for anyone as well, and feeling like you're unSAFE in your own apartment every night when you have warned them so many times previously, and they did nothing. After a little while, I have been contacting management or trying to talk to anyone at stupid RUME to talk to them, and no one ever gets back to me. I just broke my lease recently, and I'm so excited not to deal with these people ever again. Not to mention the new manager in the office has zero compassion, and would not even listen to me, let alone give me the number for rume... I've tried to call them so many times. It's just ridiculous. Don't choose this apartment complex.
OH I forgot to mention, yeah patios are nice, but it's always flooded, and they don't even have gutters. so expect in the rain, for there to be no storm drains, and the water is legit everywhere in the parking lot and on patios. Also, there is never any parking for people who actually live here. Just avoid this spot.
BTW LOOK AT LEASING AGREEMENT THERE IS MOLD AND THEY RECOGNIZE IT

I have been living here at these apartments for a few months now. The office staff is very helpful and very nice. I have had minor issues and they are always quick to get them taken care of. The apartment complex is well kept friendly environment to live in.

Don't live here but in a home. Wish these apartments weren't here as they lower our property value. About a year and a half ago, there was a shooting along with other problems. I'm assuming section 8 is accepted here.
