I’m a middle aged housewife and I knew more about cars than both the person that scheduled my Aline t and my “service” manager. Neither listened, neither tried to understand or get to the root of the problem w my vehicle. Maybe I’m spoiled from always going to McGrath Honda.

I don’t usually post many reviews, but this one is a must. My experience at this dealership was absolutely phenomenal, with amazing service from the entire team.
Starting with Yesenia Soto, a sales consultant, she was outstanding from the first moment I reached out about a vehicle to the very last minute of the transaction. This wasn’t the easiest deal, but she made sure I was updated at every step, answered all my questions, and never once showed frustration. She truly went above and beyond to make it happen, even personally dropping off my van at my house. That’s top-class customer service.
Pete, the GM, was also fantastic, working hard to get me the best deal while being super friendly throughout.
Alex in finance was just as impressive, he explained all the paperwork thoroughly and had me out the door quickly and efficiently.
And here’s what really stood out: this wasn’t a big, high-dollar deal. It was a smaller purchase, but the entire team treated me with the same care and respect as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. That kind of honesty and attitude speaks volumes.
I will 100% be returning here in the future and will be recommending this dealership to family and friends.

GMC is the only car dealer not to offer loaners while vehicle is in for service and warranty work.
I cannot be without a vehicle so it cost me $850 for a car rental while my vehicle was in and waiting for parts.
When in market to purchase another vehicle, GMC will not be considered at all.

Hello,
I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali 6 years ago from here. It was a present for my 50 birthday. I loved the truck and it was sad for me to sell it when I couldn't afford the maintainence any longer. Working with your GM and Michael Hampel they treated my wife and I fair and shot us straight on what they could do based on the age and condotion of the truck. The agreed price was more than fair and I felt whole in the decision. It's the reason I bought it from FVGMC, why I came back to sell it and will be coming back when I'm ready to buy another vehicle.

Don’t buy cars here I bought a 2019 mustang gt in February, I bought a warranty with it too, I ended up coming back a month later because the car kept popping out of 4th gear, it had a knock, and the clutch was messed up, I ended up having to come out of pocket $2,500 for a new clutch and the dealer ship did replace the transmission but didn’t fix the motor, they told me to go back in August for the new motor,(btw they kept my car for a month without working on it, so I kept calling until they gave me a day for pick up and it was done) I call back in aug to come to find out that my warranty was cancelled by them and that the $2k I paid for it was going to be given back to the bank even tho I paid in cash for it ( it wasn’t), reason for that was because apperently my car was modified when I had explicitly asked multiple time if it was turned or modified extensively which they kept saying that the car was inspected by them and it was perfect. Now I’m having problems with emissions because the car has a tune I didn’t put on and it locked the ecu. Moral of the story is they will scam you with the warranty and when you need it they will cancel it

I suggest adding to your invoices the fact that you charge a 3% credit card processing fee. Or maybe when someone calls in a credit card, you warn them there will be a 3% fee to pay with a card. And don't blame the credit card processing company when the fee is questioned. It's merchant fees, it's your choice to pass on to your customers or not.

This was my first visit and it was a great experience. The customer service technician was extremely pleasant and was able to answer all of my questions. He even took the time to help with my warranty. My car was ready the same day! Much appreciated.

Sales man Otis stung me along for few months saying they didn’t have the car I wanted yet but online had plenty in inventory. Asked me to send him money under the table to get discounts. Dishonest dealer.

Your dealership had the exact vehicle I was looking for and the salesman (Collin Short) was wonderful to work with. He spent a great deal of time explaining the vehicle’s features and how they all worked. Also the sales manager was very helpful in making sure that the price of the vehicle and the allowance of my trade in would be such that we could make a deal that day.

Never trust an in town (city) dealership to give you real information about a real work pickup truck. I live in a very rural area and use my truck as a real truck. I asked the dealership if the bed on the new 2026 Denali EV was the same dimensions as the bed on my 2022 Sierra - I have specific equipment that must fit in the bed for my farm. Their response was “of course it is”. They didn’t know, they didn’t check, they didn’t care….they just did the dealership salesman thing and said whatever to get the sale. So now I have a truck I cannot use because the bed is in fact smaller and will not meet my needs. Do not believe anything this dealership tells you - they do not know their own product and they will tell you anything to close a sale.
