They burned and ruined a section of my Burberry scarf. They folded it and hid it hoping I wouldn’t see it till I would wear it again. So awful. Don’t go here.

Appreciate the drive up service and quality of cleaning. My husband and I spend $300 a month on our cleaning, I've tried other cleaners they just don't meet the end result. If I have a spot I point it out to owner (John) & he is able to remove it. I've been more than satisfied with Fox Valley Cleaners for over 20 years. They're not the cheapest but I'm ok with that.

Have been using this dry cleaner for years and have referred many people who also have been very pleased! John and his staff give every item incredible attention to detail! Turn around time for items to be cleaned and pressed is very timely! Best in the St. Charles area?
