I took 3 dresses in to get pressed, once I got the dresses home they were still wrinkled. Called to discuss the issue and they were very rude. Wanted me to bring the dresses back but unfortunately I was out of town for a wedding.
Instead of trying to resolve the issue she told me she couldn't do anything and hung up on me, instead of trying to resolve the issue.
I've used them for years but will no longer be using them. Very disappointed in customer service!!!

Don’t EVER go to this place!!!! They charged me extra for alterations and my company has a contract with them! Once I informed him that I will be reaching out to my company for a refund he refused to alter my clothes also give me a refund for services he was not going to render! Take your business else where it’s not worth it!

They do a fine job with standard dry cleaning of work clothes. We have had two issues though. The first was a comfortable that came back with brownish stains that were not there when we dropped it off. The second was a jacket that was dry clean only. The thin leather appeared to be melted along the inside and outside around the zipper. Pic attached.

Don't let the other reviews here stop you from using this cleaners. Been using for years. They are the best in town. Great service. Always on time. Highly recommend.

Awful seamstress. Brought a $120 skirt in to be taken in… they ruined it and still charged me $30… please go anywhere else but here if you want quality work.

Using them for years with dry cleaning and was satisfied. However we had comforter returned with brown-ish stains that were not there before the cleaning, and my wife's jacket had the leather around the zipper damaged - guessing it was melted.

Overpriced? I understand Covid hit many small businesses, but they charged me $15 to dry clean a two-piece suit, and $2.39 per shirt. I went in to pick them up and nicely told the man that the cleaners down the street charges seven dollars a suit. He literally yelled at me and said "if you want cheap, go there". So I pleasantly smiled and said OK goodbye.
