if i can give 0 i will. we came in and wanting to buy a mountain bike the sales guy was asking alot of questions about how we ride bit i told him i want a mountain bike for.my wife then he keeps on insisting were do we bike i said trails around my house. so he said its not mounfain bike you need i told him we already have a dual sport from trek. and he keeps on insisting. i told him again i dont want your opinion on what kind of bike we need. we want a mountain bike. now he move his focus to my wife and keep on asking her. i told the guy we already talked about what were goinv to get. its not because your selling bike it doesn't mean your the expert sometimes people know what they want too..so we went to Sammy's bike in st. charles and made us test a bunch of bikes and choose a bike which my wife was very comfortable and like the bike.. i will never go back to this spoke's mountain bike in naoerperville.. they seems to know better and propbably do but it would also be better to listen to customer first...maybe they also know

Amazing bike store who helped me find the bike that was perfect for me, Tyler knows his stuff and made the 2.5 hour drive for me way worth it, Highly recommend them and will be going back for all my bike purchases and services! Thanks for all your help Tyler I love my new bike!

Honestly a great shop with employees and employers who are both knowledgeable and helpful. If they don’t have it in stock, it’s not a 10 day wait like most bike shops...as they have easy access to the Giant warehouse. I come here all the way from Chicago, despite the many bike shops in the city.

I thought I would be overwhelmed with shopping for a bike but Ferdie made it so easy and fun to spend money! Top notch customer service and he was very honest about what I might need in a bike. My fiancé and I liked the experience so much that we ended up taking two bikes home. I took him a 2019 Escape 2 and she took home a momentum. Worth seeing Ferdie for your bike needs.

Ferdie genuinely cared about getting me on the right bike. After decades of riding an old school hardtail it was time to move on to a bike that gave my damaged neck a break. My stubborn nature kept pushing me towards bikes that were not a wise choice. Left with a liv rove 2 and already love it. Thank you for your patience and expertise. I loved this shop so much I left with 2 bikes, one for my husband who really wasn't in the market.

Top-notch service & unbeatable deals! This was my second visit - my first was in 2015.
It was time to upgrade my daughter's bike as well as get one for myself. I noticed that their website had a few sweet deals on previous-year models and decided to stop by on a Sunday.
Ferdie was very attentive to the needs of my family and made excellent recommendations. He also gave me an trade-in credit on a Giant Defy and a Diamondback hybrid.
We are ecstatic about our purchase!
