I’ve been coming here for the past ten years but today was my last day there. I went in a few weeks ago to get a balayage. I have dark black hair but I wanted my hair to look drastically lighter and sun kissed. Kristen made it look lighter but she did not tone it which left my hair looking brassy and orange. No big deal I called her and asked her to tone it to remove the orange and brassy-ness. I made sure to let her know how much i loved the lighter hair color i just wanted it toned differently. We had a conversation about how dark it was before and how I don’t want it to look like that again. Because, again, I love how the lighter shade looks. She tones my hair and it ends up looking almost exactly like my original hair color. Although Kristen did mention that “in the sun light you can see it”. Unfortunately for me i do not live in the sunlight. Im mostly indoors. So i would like my hair to be noticeable indoors. She did tell me (after the tone) that when you tone the orange and brass color out it will leave your hair darker. I did not know this to be true and i wish i would have been told that before hand. Given how much i stressed that “i like my hair lighter” over all Kristen is a great gal but I am very upset at how my hair turned out. I feel that i was not heard at all. I will be searching else where to fix my hair.

Dusty messed up my hair with badly placed brassy chunky highlights that aren’t blended well. I had to go to Chicago to get it fixed because ginger root wouldn’t compensate or fix it, not like I would trust them to. Here is a pic of Dusty’s results

Took my 12 year-old son here for a haircut with Leann and was very impressed! She was sweet, patient & listened to what we wanted and gave my son the most amazing haircut!
Couldn’t be happier with our visit. Definitely will be returning. 👍

Marisa is the BEST! She is so knowledgeable, talented, kind, patient, and an amazing stylist. She gave me THE BEST cut and style today. I was looking to donate about 2 feet of hair and do a big chop. She walked me through the entire process and gave me helpful suggestions, tips, and insight before and during the process. So, I ended up with a beautiful haircut and a great amount to donate. I look forward to coming back and also adding some color services. Highly recommend Marisa! Thank you!

Absolutely outrageous prices. I book appointment to trim hair for my 14 y.old daughter with a question in comments if I can get kid cut which was $40. Dana never mentioned to me, what it wouldn't be the price. All service last 20 minutes wash of the hair, straight line cut and quick blow dry. Cut was without layers, just straight. She charged us $70. It is crazy!!! It absolute not worth the money. We won't be back.

A basic haircut for my son was over $30 . To cut 2 inches off my daughters hair was over $25... very expensive and the ATM machine doesn't work so they only accept cash tip or tip from a cash app. Not the best place to take your kids to get a haircut. The prices are average about $5 more than other places near by.

Dusty was one of the best stylists I've had! She did an amazing job on my hair and I left looking like a new person. The salon itself is in a great location and has a relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
