I have been working with Pamela for 6 weeks now. I had cervical spine surgery 3 years ago for pain, and now am suffering from chronic pain in my lumbar spine. Was referred to Pamela by a colleague, and she has already done wonders for relieving much of the pain. Pamela has a nice niche in yer yoga practice, working with people who suffer from spinal pain and surgeries. She is very professional, kind, and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her!

Many yoga offerings for in person as well as zoom classes for ‘everybody’. All abilities, All Welcome. Greanleaf also offers Yoga on the Ball, which is a 30 minute light-cardio strengthening class. We use an exercise ball to strengthen and tone muscles. Two classes offered right now, lunchtime buster for those of us who sit in front of a computer all day, and an early morning ‘get yourself going’ class. Both highly recommended and very affordable! Currently these are offered via zoom, so there’s no excuse NOT to join!

Great teacher and very informative on ways to better understand your self. Pam has a very peaceful presence which makes participation in the virtual practice very pleasing. In these COVID times these virtual sessions are a key portion of my life and way to bring some peace and sanity to daily life. Thank you Pam.I have recently added Pam as my spirit guide through her hypnosis teaching. Has allowed me to find a clear mind while dealing with a medical issue and COVID in general. Pamela has a lovely, quiet way that guides you through a wonderful yoga practice. She is an excellent, thorough instructor who guides you through each yoga pose. Pamela also shares stories and anecdotes that truly help you work through any concerns that you might be having. She offers you a lot to think about and calms your soul.

I began classes at Greenleaf about 2 years ago in studio and fell in love with Pamela, her beautiful calming space, and the practice. We have gone to virtual classes with Covid 19 and I wasn’t sure how it would be. How could I focus, engage, relax, while doing this over my phone? I knew that yoga was something I wanted to keep as normal in an abnormal time and a way to connect with people outside my home without leaving. With Pamela’s expertise and experience, calming manner and voice and so much positivity it is like we are in studio even at home. And my daughter is able to take class with me even though she lives in Milwaukee, something that couldn’t happen if we were in studio. She is able to transport us into a state of calm, mindfulness and get centered as if we were with her in person. I have recently begun Yoga Nidra~Deep Peace and Relaxation and it is like having a full body massage or a 4 hour nap and when class is over, I have felt so energized and happy and truly at peace. Pamela, l truly appreciate you!

I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Pamela O’Brien and hearing her journey. She has created a space and a yoga practice like one you’ve never experienced. Also offering meditation and really going deep on the connection between mental, physical, emotional, and Spiritual health. Pamela Embraces yoga in its purest form with her personal twist. Pamela is wonderful. Her classes are small and personal; her method is unique to any yoga I have ever practiced. Pamela's hypnosis has been so useful and truly great. We have even had her help in company retreats with terrific results.jighly recommend this dedicated professional.

I've seen Pamela off and on over the past seven years for running injuries, back problems, and sleeping challenges. She did not "treat" me; rather she taught me how to treat myself. All of the sessions led to successful outcomes. If you're open minded toward non-traditional paths to wellness in lieu of pills, etc, I strongly recommend contacting Greenleaf Yoga.

This yoga studio is definitely as good as it gets. Pamela is an excellent yoga instructor who cares about every student in the class. She reaches out to her students as a teacher and a friend. Her studio is unique and cozy at the same time. I never have to push myself to attend class. I actually look forward to breathing in that space and experiencing the journey with her. If you're looking for a place to feel renewed and learn yoga Greenleaf is a great choice.

Owner Pamela O'Brien is a very accomplished and competent and compassionate yoga teacher who seems to specialize in geriatric and anxiety and back care yoga as well as meditation classes and general yoga at all levels. Great atmosphere and great people and small classes and well worth the money in a very good location by a wonderful teacher.
