I bought Groupon for 100$ for this place when I went for treatment he charged me another 110$ total 242$ for this keratin treatment. After washing my hair I saw frizzy hair and got very disappointed so I called him and he was going on vacation so I went to see him today and he is telling me that my hair should look like this, I said I already had this before and my hair looked so smooth for long time. He's still not agreeing with customer so I asked him that there are so many salon in this building so ask few experts and if they say my hair should look like this after keratin. He got angry and told me to walk out his salon or he will call police. I left crying and ask one salon expert for her expert opinion for my hair should look like this after keratin? and she said not at all so I went back to him and he came to this lady and got upset with her. So I don't need to drag her in this but she was honest and told him her hair looks very frizzy.
Please don't go to this FRAUD GUY...
Again he's lying. I didn't refused to buy product actually you gave shampoo and conditioner and charged me 30$. And I didn't sweat or didn't wash my hair for 4 days. After washing my hair was very frizzy. When I came to your salon you didn't agree to see my frizzy hair and keep lying and you wanted to straighten with hot iron.
And, I didn't yelled at you, you didn't believe your customer so I asked you to get expert opinion from your neighbor salons and YOU shouted at me saying get out or I will call police.
And, your Groupon original price without discount 250$ (100), you charged me 110$+ 30 dollars for shampoo+Conditioner,total 342$ (242$ I paid). I could post receipt and copy of my credit card statements.
I am willing to put pic of my hair and if any expert not agree with me I will pay you 100$ more. I will write sorry statement for I'm writing now. I'm willing to go through test.
Are you ready? You're so arrogant and greedy person who's always right and cutomer always wrong. If you correct write your statement again I copy and paste all my proof. Money I wasted to you takes several days for me to make.

mario has been doing my hair for a few years now. it looks better than it ever has. his prices are great (he could go up and i'd still follow him regardless of the price point). he gives a great cut, is so personable and funny. it was the best move i made to try him!

Omg. I agree. total fraud. Should have read these other reviews before!! Looks like he's into up charges. It's not just me. He says he's losing money on Groupon so apparently he makes it up by up charging people. His comment to me about this was.... "To each his own". Stay away!
Update. Yes you told me there is an up charge as I always pay an upcharge for a second color to be used but it's $20. Not the$40 you wanted to charge me. And as I recall, when you told me that and i questioned why it was so high. You said because you're losing money on Groupon n you have to make up it p somehow. Yes. you're a fraud as orders have said and a liar too. BTW. I not once said I couldn't afford it. I said $40 for a second color is ridiculous.

Honestly, not great. I was hoping for a nice color from the Groupon and good reviews but it looks like I have pin stripes in my hair. I also called him the day after to fix multiple foils that slid down and did not color to the root and he never returned my call. I would definitely not recommend. I never write reviews but felt it was important to tell other girls what to expect.
