Absolutely the worst service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They reverse payments and say nothing then send you a bill for 3 months worth of payments and tell you there was a problem with the system and they will investigate and call us back. Nope. Just sent us another bill saying we are canceled. I have never talked to a more clueless person at their job than the people in this office.
