My fiancé and I have been taking our dog Waylon here for close to a year and we are so happy with our grooming experience for our dog! The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They do a great job about notifying us when something was noticed during his grooming. Kelli does an amazing job! Waylon always gets so many compliments when we leave here! 10/10 would recommend.

This place is the best. I'm so glad that we found a place that treats each dog like their own. The passion that the owners and workers have make you feel confident. The grooming services we have received have been stellar...each and every time. I can't recommend them enough!

We LOVE Just For Paws! We have been faithfully going to them for about 5 years & truly appreciate John, Lyndsey & their staff. We have gone from anxious & sick pups needing extra love & attention during their groomings to dogs that are relaxed & feel at home. The care to every detail given by the staff is top notch. Great place & highly recommend!

Everyone at this salon is so kind and understanding. My golden had her first appt. today and was absolutely terrified. She didn’t have the best experience at her previous groomer, and the employees here listened, asked for feedback regarding what might make her nervous, and took the extra time to help her feel comfortable. They had two employees working with her just so they could give her some extra TLC. Cannot say enough about how impressed I was with their patience and positivity. Even though my girl was scared, they kept saying how sweet she was. Will definitely recommend and return!

Jenny K is the BEST Groomer! She is very gentle with my toy poodle AND my toy poodle loves her! Really cute shop too with lots of options for food and treats! Highly recommend Jenny K!!

John, Lindsay, and staff are the absolute best! Every dog is treated with such care and kindness, you can tell the staff really love their jobs. They have a great selection of treats and toys and are very knowledgeable about pet nutrition. You can't help but be in a better mood after visiting this store!

Wow! Such great service and friendly staff. I decided to give Just Paws a chance after seeing their reviews and I was not disappointed! I was using another local groomer for the last year but I always had an uneasy feeling about them, nothing I could put my finger on, it was just the way I felt. I immediately felt comfortable with the staff at Just Paws and will continue to trust them with all my grooming needs. My dogs looked good and smelled great, not overly perfumed like the other place. Just Paws also has a great selection of great treats too!!

We had been taking our dog for grooming at Just For Paws for about a year. She is an apprehensive rescue dog, and they were very well aware that she would need careful attention. We had always indicated that we were not particular about how well she was groomed and were happy to pay more based on the additional time it may take. We just wanted her to be cleaned up and comfortable. At her last visit 3 months ago, she incurred a neck injury by the noose strap as determined by the vet's observation of the x-ray. We sent the initial bill to the owner John and asked for reimbursement...only for that initial office visit and the prescribed medication. Without consulting our vet, John decided he was not going to pay the most expensive portion of the vet bill and without any further correspondence sent a check. We reached out to him again and he has never responded and has never paid the remaining amount of the bill. Sadly, we have been back to the vet three times and have had been prescribed anti-inflammatory and pain medication 4 times since her grooming appointment. We have not requested reimbursement for the additional vet visits and medication. Nor have we requested reimbursement for the 2 sets of dog stairs that we have had to purchase for her, the gates that we have had to purchase to block her from going up and down stairs to avoid re-injury, or the time that we are now investing into retraining her with her mobility requirements. Our dog still struggles with her injury incurred by Just for Paws and her mobility is now compromised. The vet indicated that this will be an injury that we may very well have to deal with for the rest of her life. We are heartbroken.
