I especially love the assortment of "gifty" items available: exported biscuits in beautiful tins, boxed cookie/breads/baking mixes, jarred sauces, knives, grilling stuff, kitchen sets with cleaners, diffusers, candles, etc.). Overall, nice selection of beautiful kitchen accessories, gadgets and the like. Not as big as other locations but they did seem to have a good amount of merch available to purchase this holiday season.”
“Absolutely love working with them. I have used them on multiple high-end projects but also on projects where I am trying to save money. Their selection is so great so they really can accommodate most budgets. I’m currently working with them on my own house right now and am really impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with. I’ve had nightmare experiences with other countertop companies in the area - these companies can appear to be a little bit cheaper but the quality is not great and the actual installation has not been pretty. Not to mentioned they always seem to tack on additional fees. West Chicago Custom Countertops is patient and if I ever do have issues with the installation, they are always willing to make things right. I can’t recommend West Chicago Custom Countertops enough!”

Chad Fuko - very professional, knew his product thoroughly. Chad took one look at my faucet picture and said “Devonshire - $381.29” I never thought I was going to find my 16-year old faucet. Chad nailed it in 1 minute. Two forms filled out via email, and I had my faucet - and a very happy wife. Doesn’t get any better than that.”

“Bill and his team are a complete kitchen and master bath re-modeler. He and Jake were experts, professional, and great to work with. Bill was patient and helpful from design, choosing materials, modifications and work order changes right up to the final adjustments. The results are amazing and we love the layout of the bathroom tile, cabinet, and a shower in place of a platform tub. The quality and workmanship are excellent. Bill and his team come highly recommended.It wasn’t only the design that went far beyond – the quality of the work done was impeccable. The job site was always clean, the crew was professional. They paid attention to the details and ensured that all work was completed to the highest standard. There is no such thing as “good enough” with them.
