Last Saturday, I bought a top-of-the-line Honda Odyssey Elite here. I felt the price was within my budget. Thank you to the salesperson for their patient assistance, which helped me buy my ideal car. The only downside was the long wait for the paperwork to be completed. I hadn't eaten all day and couldn't go out to buy anything, so I was extremely hungry. Perhaps this is a marketing tactic used by the seller to create a sense of urgency and make you want to leave as soon as possible after the sale. My advice to anyone considering buying a car here is to prepare plenty of food and get a good night's sleep beforehand. This will allow you to negotiate with the salesperson and sales manager round after round to get the best price for your dream car.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership with Darek! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. Great place to buy your vehicle. I got my first car from Mcgrath Honda of St. Charles and had a wonderful experience. Especially sales consultant Johan Lozano guided me humbly & professionally during the entire process. I hope there customer service will continue during my post purchase services.

I'm probably not going back. Why take the time to make an appointment and provide details if the people greeting me are just going to ask me why I'm there and make me go through it all again? From the moment I parked in the service area to the moment I BEGAN talking with the person in charge of loaners, it was 24 minutes. Again, why am I making an appointment if it's still going to take forever? Additionally, they apparently changed their loaner policy. I've gotten a loaner there before... but this time they needed more information which I didn't have on me. Frustrating. This is the second time in a row my experience has been frustrating. I will say they expedited the work being done on my car - they're good at making things right. But at this point, I'm just tired of the frustration.

Very nice salesmen, manager in the end could not get the deal done. Was told they, would aggressively meet or beat any comparable deal. The manager didn’t lose the deal whom ever he was reported to denied the deal he tried to make.
Luckily there are plenty of deals to be made, just not here.

Michael was absolutely incredible to work with! He helped me find the perfect 2026 Honda Civic, and the experience was so great that my dad ended up buying a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid the very next week. Michael made both purchases smooth, simple, and completely stress-free.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our choices. The whole process — from test driving to paperwork — was handled professionally and with zero pressure.

I purchased a Ridgeline 5 weeks ago. The truck came with a hitch package but the sales team charged an additional fee for one to be installed at a later time. When I got home with the truck I realized that it did have a hitch and I had been charged twice for it. I went to the dealer to sort this out and they agreed that a mistake had been made and agreed to refund me with a check. It has been 4 weeks, one more visit to the dealership and 4 calls asking where my check was that I have not received. Every time I called I have been told different things. Twice on different occasions that the check was in the mail. I have called to talk to a GM and am always told none are available.
I will keep pursuing this matter until the give me the refund but it should not be difficult.
I am very dissapointed that Honda at St Charles did not know the product specifications to begin with and have failed to refund me.
Called again today. Was told the check was at the dealership when on 2 different occasions a week apart I was promised the check had been sent. Not acceptable
The check was delivered by a salesman to my place of work yesterday.
