I could not let this go. I was working with Mark and it was the worse experience ever. I had called and put a deposit down on a jeep so no one would buy it, it was getting detailed and fixed up. Finally they call me that it's ready, I go see it and it's not what I liked. Low mileage but the seats were all beat up and scratched up. I told Mark I did not want it and he was so mad and rude. He tells me why you put a deposit if you didn't want it, I said I had to see it first and test drive it. He also proceeded to say well it's better for us you didn't buy it, because we can sell it for more now because we put new tires on it etc...seem like a grumpy old guy with no sales experience. He did nothing to convince me to even consider buying the car but complain. Will not return to this establishment.

We had a great experience here yesterday. We drove from 2 hours away for a used Maserati. Heather Heart was professional and did her best to get us what we wanted for a payment term. Financing was pretty quick and they were ready to go once approved. I would highly recommend this business and their staff to anyone!

Mercedes Benz of St. Charles has excellent service and staff! I had my vehicle serviced recently and Brad Schrank was so professional and kind! He made sure the part was ordered in a timely manner, and no unnecessary work needed. I can’t say enough from the front office sales to the entire service department (Joel, Andrew, Scott, Brad, Ron, John…just to name a few) they take care of you and treat you like family!
