I was stuck in the Parking lot of Planet Fitness, They pushed my car to Mike's More Miles. They started my car, Great Break Job also and other little things. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike the Service Manager Excellent Customer Service and the staff also Exceptional. I would Highly recommend Mike More Miles In St.Charles for Excellent Service.

Dealt with Mike and he did a great job of giving me the estimate and getting me in the same day. He explained everything before the repair and called when job was done. Very satisfied.

I went in for an oil change and I mentioned that my dashboard was showing the low tire pressure light. They said that they would look at it but I guess they didn't look at it thoroughly because when I went home the light came on again after they cleared it. I asked if they put air in the tires and they said yes but what they failed to find was two nails in my tire that was making the tire have low pressure. When I got home my husband looked at the tire and that's when he noticed two nails causing the air to leak. I'm not confident the technician thoroughly looked at my tires. The two nails in the tire were very easily spotted.. so the technician should have been able to locate the nails as easily and quickly as my husband did. If your technicians can't spot nails in tires during what should be a thorough inspection, maybe they shouldn't be mechanics or they need to be retrained on how to do a full inspection on a vehicle. This is something that could've been noticed by a tech and you could've then had a possible sale on selling me new tires. The oil change was pricey on top of that, so I think for future car maintenance, I'll look elsewhere.

Great experience! The owner is a funny guy, very warm and personable. He had me laughing throughout most of my visit! Had an oil changed done, and my battery tested in anticipation of the brutal that was coming. Definitely plan on coming back!

Just returned from Texas and they were close to me so brought it in for oil change which was done as expected. However,
the real win here was when I had a cylinder misfiring and after the repair I was smelling gas through the vents and outside the car…brought it back in and they found the issue and took care of it with no charge. It was something wrong with the injector seals or the installation of them..either way I didn’t ask for the details…but the fact that they made good on their previous service is what makes a good mechanic shop..they have my business now :). Thanks again!

I’ve spoken to quite a few different employees at this shop and they are all nothing short of professional!
I’ve never been pressured in to any services I didn’t want, BUT they always make sure I am educated on what’s important in getting done.
Incredibly clean and comfortable waiting room & restroom, as well as coffee and water while you are waiting.

Mikes more miles is absolutely AMAZING! I used to go to a dealer for all my work costing me thousands more than what my car actually needed- from the first time I needed more work done I was told- brought to Donnie and cut my bill in half! Which over the past few months I have been needing a lot of work- some to fix what was incorrectly done and some was needed as maintenance! I was informed of everything every step of the way- Donnie worked with my budget and we did work that was needed 1st-last… offered me every discount he could do! He’s personable- great person- so helpful and kind! Understanding and tries everything in his power to help me out! All the guys are absolutely fabulous and I’m so glad I was referred to his shop! I won’t let anyone touch my car as I have always been picky about who worked on my car as I drive a TON of miles yearly! I could go on and on about Donnie & his shop! Get down there and make sure your car is ready for this crazy winter we are having! You will NOT be disappointed!
