First time customer-Was impressed. My daughter needed a mechanic for engine running roughly. We brought car in on a Sat and they diagnosed, completed the work and she had her car back by Monday afternoon. We felt important to Mike More Miles and the staff was Professional and friendly. I like Mike Miles but yesterday was the worst experience I have had there. I brought my car in for a scheduled 9:30 am apt and returned around 11:15 am and the car still wasn’t ready. The employee taking care of me looked a little shocked that I questioned why my car wasn’t done yet. I’m sure my car didn’t get the free tire rotation since I got and questioned how long it was taking. I generally wouldn’t care but I needed to get ready for work and be in Plainfield by a 1:30 pm.

The guys at Mike More Miles are always accommodating to customers late requests. My engine oil tube got punctured and they squeezed me in to get me going. Awesome and respectful people too!

We get great service every time we go here. Yesterday I called at 8 am because I had a leak in my car. They asked me to drop off my car and they looked at it before 10 am. I was not on the schedule. Also they said they would get the parts the next day and the car would be fixed then. Which was ok for me. But I got a call around 2 that they went to a Honda dealer and got the part they needed and my car was done that day. Great service!
