I had such a great experience with this crew. They unloaded my pods quickly, were timely, and handled everything with so much care. They were also personable and easy to work with, which made the whole process stress-free. They communicated and gave me updates. Everything was placed exactly where I needed it, and nothing was damaged. I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable, and professional movers.

Cannot say thank you enough to Jose and his team - they moved a baby grand piano for us, and they were AMAZING. So communicative, so kind, and infinitely patient when it came to the placement and getting it looking just right. Piano in perfect condition, and perfectly set up. If we ever need to do something like this again, we know who to reach out to!

We used Murphy Family Movers to go from Aurora IL to Navarre FL. Everything that was communicated from start to finish is what our experience was. Prompt on the day to load up and they were at the home in Florida on time as well. Pricing was as quoted and everyone on the moving team worked hard to get us taken care of. Oh and by the way, everything showed up. Highly recommend talking to Jack if you're even considering a move! Simply the best!

These guys made moving so easy, painless, and enjoyable! Not only were they efficient, careful, and thorough - but they were also all so sweet and polite. Cannot recommend Murphy Family Movers enough to anyone looking to load or unload their moving truck.

Joey and Francisco were amazing! On time, professional, easy to communicate with, clearly very experienced with moving heavy furniture through doors and up/down stairs. They were so careful with our furniture and walls — not a single scuff. The company charges by the hour but these guys were hauling! Literally running up the stairs. I wanted to ask them to slow down / take a break lol. I booked the minimum 2 hours but they were done in less than an hour — what a pleasant surprise so I could get on with my day!! I think the same work would have taken us hours and hours to finish by ourselves. I couldn’t be happier. I’m so glad we decided to get help versus moving everything ourselves. Extremely professional, honest, fairly priced movers. Will happily use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a headache free move. Their truck was also large and professional—they also had moving blankets and other supplies as needed. If you’re on the fence, call them! The office (Jack) was also super easy to reach by phone/text/email and the whole quote and booking process took all of 5 minutes. Thank you guys!!!

We had the pleasure of having MFM take care of our move in July and couldn’t be happier. Our crew of Adam, Alex, Chris, Kryon and Deon were courteous, fast and took amazing care of all of our belongings. We had some particularly large and heavy items that they moved easily and happily and overall made the move a breeze. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving in the St. Charles area.

Incredible team Jose brought for an incredibly chaotic and timely needed move! Very large and heavy items filling huge square footage to small square footage. It was all accommodated plus they stayed and rallied to get all our things in that we should've done on our own with care and respect! 100% recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Adam and Alex from Murphy Family Movers! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They handled everything with care and made what could have been a stressful moving day feel easy and even enjoyable.
Adam and Alex worked seamlessly as a team—lifting heavy items like they were nothing, carefully wrapping and securing our belongings, and making sure everything was transported safely. They were punctual, respectful, and clearly experienced at what they do.
What really stood out was how personable and helpful they were. They didn’t just move boxes—they went above and beyond to make sure everything ended up exactly where we wanted it, and they were happy to accommodate any last-minute changes.
If you're looking for a stress-free move, I highly recommend asking for Adam and Alex. They truly made our moving experience awesome, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Murphy Family Movers again because of them!

I cannot say how thrilled I am, with Murphy Family Movers. I recently used them for a move to California and the team, Alex, Joe and Anthony led by Adam were courteous professional and treated our things as if they were their own. With that long move, NOTHING was broken, chipped or even slightly damaged! That is unbelievable. When the truck reached our final destination, the crew that Adam put together in California was just as great and it seemed they worked together for years! If you are looking for a quality moving company be it a short or long distance, don't hesitate to use them!

Excellent service! When I inquired and booked the service, I spoke to the owner, Jack Murphy and not just any sales person so you are assured that you are not just a number. Moving day, Jose & Francisco communicated constantly on their ETA and also when they were close to the apartment. They were very efficient and careful in packing our stuff. They were also very courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend them.
