BEWARE...made an appointment on line and when I went in for services the salon was closed. I sent Nikki a text, she said the system "is a little glitchy sometimes", I needed to make another appointment. So today (3 months later) was my appointment at 1pm. I waited in the waiting room and Nikki never came to get me so I went to the salon and knocked on the door. She came to the window and asked what I wanted, she was with another client. I informed her that I had an appointment at 1pm, she asked my name, checked her book and then asked me to sit in the waiting room until she finished up. I said no, this is the second time I have had a problem with my appointment. How can you trust a "so called professional" when she cannot even handle her appointments. Obviously has no respect for her clients!

The first time Nikki did my eyebrows was the last time I let anyone else besides myself touch my eyebrows. She is the BEST and leaves them looking natural and full. I also have had a facial and just started a series of microchanneling facials with Nikki. She is kind and very professional. Always letting you know what your skin needs and does not oversell you on products you do not need. I appreciate that professionalism. Make sure you book her in advance because she is popular (for good reason)!

I could not be more happy with the results of every service and she makes the appointments fun. Her schedule books up quickly but I promise it will be worth the wait!

Nikki is a fantastic aesthetician! She makes anyone's eyebrows look fantastic with waxing and tint. She's very friendly and easy to talk to. Her studio is very clean and organized. I had a microdermabrasion facial from Nikki. My skin looked so great and well hydrated afterwards. I really enjoyed the facial! I would recommend her for any service!
