This was overall one of the best (if not the best) car buying experiences I’ve had to date. Felt like I left with a fair value both on my trade and the purchase (2024 Pathfinder). I really liked my sales rep, Chris, in particular. The whole staff was pleasant, it was a beautiful facility, just really awesome all around. It’s rare these days to find the level of service I received, so I’ll be back.

My parents purchased a brand new versa at Hawk Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Brian and Chad.First and foremost the new Dealership is so clean and welcoming and into of that they received a warm welcome.It was an easy and painless experience. My dad said the only thing they were missing were some snacks. LolThey were able to get them in a beautiful new white versa and worked out an extended warranty to make sure they're covered.They couldn't be any happier with their purchase.We highly recommend Hawk Nissan to anyone and everyone!

We bought a used vehicle here. Brian was our sales person. He was excellent! Polite and knowledgeable. We did do some negotiating and there was no major back and forths. No real games played like at other dealers. Financing department was honest. It was a pleasurable experience. Will definitely consider buying from there again if ever needed.

Just bought a 2020 Nissan Altima from Hawk Nissan of St Charles! Extremely satisfied with our purchase, we had the honors of Tom Pazienza being our salesman! He was very friendly, well-informed, and even helped work out a deal that all gave me a smile as I walked out of the dealership today. If you get the chance, ask for Tom as your salesman.

My experience at Hawk was truly a pleasure. Brian Maslowski, the sales rep, made the process of negotiating and buying the car I was looking for smooth and easy. Brian was also hospitable and it felt like I was talking with a friend of mine. He took the time to answer any questions we had and if he wasn't sure, he took the time to get the answer from his sales manager, Chad Hooten. I highly recommend working with both of them should you visit this dealer.

I have been hunting for the right car for my college bound dependent and we have been looking at so many dealers for so long it was getting confusing. Dealer after dealer, the snakes would come out pitching their lies trying g to catch us off guard. Ziegler Nissan in Orland Park told us they had the car we wanted so we drove over an hour to be told sorry it was sold a few days ago but they wanted to seat us in car if their choice. Good bye. Zieglers business model depends on lies. And they admit too! No integrityWe were so frustrated as none of the dealers we talked with made us feel we could trust them. UNTIL we met Chris at Hawk Nissan in st Charles. WOW! Right off the batt, No Pushy sales tactics. Instead, he sincerely greeted us and made us feel important. He educated us on various models and only showed us the cars WE were interested. Did I forget to mention he was not pushy? The minute we met Chris, we all sort of felt the same way, this is someone we can be comfortable with. Trust, right off the batt and that is a good way to move forward. Chris, unlike so many other dealers, understand core values and he was able to treat us the way we wanted to be treated without brown nosing…. He was genuine and the real deal!When I asked about pricing I was told a number that took me for a loop. We had just visited Gerald Nissan in N Auora and they were selling our model with a 15% markup over MSRP. Not Chris at Hawk Nissan. They told us a number and I was still on edge in disbelief because I was still waiting for the snakes to come out to bite us. Not the story when offered me the number, that was the walk out the door price and it was considerably lower than any offer made to us by any of the Nissan dealers in the greater chicago region.Chris was fantastic! He had a different approach where he was making his money not from selling one car but several cars. Customers were lining up to see Chris. I am so satisfied with my experience with Chris at Hawk Nissan that I will be bringing back my other college bound dependent next year.I cannot begin to say how glad I was to finally hook up with Chris. Thank you!

I had my doubts about professionality of this service since I first started to visit them after my move to Saint Charles. But I kept telling myself that I was used to a personalized service of my friend with his small shop in my previous place of residence and now needed to get used to a less personal dealership. However, my suspicions that I really need to look elsewhere were confirmed when I asked this authorized dealer service to change a bulb in the dome light inside my Pathfinder. I thought that was a simple task that anybody could do but chose to ask the dealer to replace the light bulb for me during my regular oil change. When I picked up my car, the light was on but I soon found out that it would not turn off. OK, I thought that as annoying as this is, they probably just pinched a switch or something in the light and it will be an easy fix, just hassle with the extra trip to the service. I brought the car back and was told that they took care of it. Great. I opened and closed the door and the light turned on and off as expected. Also great. Then my daughter wanted to turn the light on and found out it only works when the door opens but not when you press the ON switch. Not so great - had to explain to her that it is not OK to keep the door open during ride so she can read. I brought the car back to the service with increasing annoyance and was told that the light was broken when I first brought the car in (this was a new information to me!) and they cannot fix it but can order a new assembly for the light (for 100-something $ with work). Yeh, right. When I found a new service (Gill's Automotive), I asked Adam if he could check the light for me during oil change. He had it fixed in about 10 minutes, no need for new parts. I guess I found my small personalized shop where I feel people actually understand what they are doing.
