Ask every single visit if I'd like automatic refills which I always respond yes to, but then none of my prescriptions are ever automatically refilled causing me to not be able to get my prescriptions in time. This is a health hazard and is unacceptable.

I’m a physician, calling in an antibiotic prescription for a post op patient on a Saturday night. Everywhere else was closed - or at least pharmacy was closed even if showed “open” on search. This pharmacy is open 24 hrs, and on top if that the pharmacist answered the phone directly, and Rx ready for the pt in 20 mins. Pretty impressive.
