If you want to strive to be the best version of yourself this is the gym. I started with a messed up foot and i got the personal attention I needed to regain my balance and strength. The atmosphere was very friendly. The people were inviting and made me feel comfortable. the instructor was informative, explained the routine and modifications you could use, also checked to make sure if I had issues that my limit my performance. Great place and people. Loved it
