I had such a great experience working with Joe Spero and Partners in Mortgage! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Joe was in constant communication, always quick to answer questions, and made sure I understood every step.
What impressed me most was how fast everything moved — we received a clear to close on my loan quickly, and Joe and his team were there to guide me all the way through closing. They even secured me an appraisal waiver, which saved me $500, and refunded my underwriting fee of $1,100. On top of that, their fees were lower than most other lenders I looked at.
Joe truly went above and beyond, even celebrating the closing with me, which made the whole experience feel so personal. I highly recommend Joe and Partners in Mortgage to anyone looking for a mortgage!
