Used to love this office. Now that they take appointments urgent care waits are out of control. We waited two hours and still weren’t next due to all the kids getting sport physicals.

My veins are hard to do blood draws on, and I’ve been here many times and there have been some people who struggle to get it done. Irma, on the other hand, got it first try and was very friendly.

most expensive walk in place i’ve been. you can have the best insurance and still you’ll be looking at $150 copay for them to do a strep and flu test no thanks never ever again and one of the only walk in places i’ve seen require you to put a card on file before they even take you back lol st charles

They didn’t help me when I was there and the lady in the front was being smart with me. I need some help cuz I am not feeling well and she was smart. Not going to this place again.

I came in because of a bad cycling crash that cracked my helmet. It was close to closing time and everyone treated me so well and caring. I didn't feel rushed at all. The care I got was excellent and I would go back again to see Dr. Kim Cooley!

I was pleasantly surprised how thorough and nice everyone is. I’m new to the area and finding it very difficult to establish an appt with a PC. So after reading the reviews I decided to give this a try. I’m glad I did! It was fast, thorough and very clean. They also don’t make you feel rushed.

I can not recommend this fine medical group strongly enough! I pass several urgent care clinics on my 10 mile drive to this office, but I happily make the extra effort because I have ALWAYS received prompt, compassionate, knowledgeable care from the professionals here. These wonderful people are my go-to when my primary physician is unavailable. I am so very, very grateful for them. High praise!

Presented to the urgent care and ended up scheduling an appointment to make Dr. Patel my primary care doctor. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend!
