Very impressed with the service at this Play It Again Sports in St. Charles. It was my first time at the retailer. I got a very fair offer for 5 tennis racquets and did not have to wait forever to get a quote. I was able to take some of the cash and purchase another gently used product at the store. I will definitely come back to this store in the near future.

They have a lot of stuff here and the staff is good. Prices are outrageous for some things though. Can get a lot of new stuff for cheaper than their used things, especially weights.
