I can’t help but share a really cool experience that happened to my son…Tonight was the first night of football evaluations for the upcoming season in which my son is enrolled with the Tri-City Chargers 11U program. At the end of the night, after the kids completed all of their drills, the head coach of the Gold D1 team called my son out and told him to stand up in front of the other boys. He wanted to acknowledge that out of the 83 boys there, the coaches noticed him and his performance. It wasn’t that he was the best one out there…it was that they knew that even though he had taken a year off from football, it was apparent that he had put a lot of work in to be ready for this moment.His journey started in November of last year, in which he took speed and agility classes along with football position specific training…all with the goal of being the best version of himself on the field this season. This would not have been possible without the wonderful coaches at Power Athletics and Grid Iron Godz…Davion Mitchell and David Brown are truly great athletes/coaches/men and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is a terrific gym with very friendly staff. They also have plenty of equipment and usually isn’t too crowded.

POWER ATHLETICS is an amazing training facility for the novice and for the professional and from the children to senior citizens. Whether group session or personalized training, the staff members are knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated and results-oriented. Great program for my 7 and 8 year old kids. Been going a couple months and already seeing strong results and they are always excited to come and wore out when they leave. Awesome coaches and people running it makes it all go. Highly recommend!

Power Athletics is absolutely AMAZING! Putting my son with David Brown was the best decision I ever made for him!! He started with David as a good athlete and David turned him into a top-notch, elite athlete now playing football for a D1 college. Davis didn’t give up on him, even through COVID and pushed him hard while still being encouraging and compassionate. Davion really helped with his speed work as well. David and Davion have a true passion for their work and their clients! They are selfless, kind and respectful and have become like family to us! I 100% highly recommend Power Athletics and it’s phenomenal trainers!!
