I visited the Q Center for educationally purposes and truly had an amazing experience. The food, staff, room accommodations were all great, exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning!

The hotel is quite spacious, has several spaces to accommodate guests, and is also great for organizing events. I was at an event held by Lions International, and there were over 800 people, and the place accommodated everyone in an organized and peaceful manner. I stayed in a room for just one person, and I felt super comfortable. The bed was good, and the shower was great!! Several channels on the TV, with a desk space for studying. Perfect! The hotel serves water for free, which is perfect! The highlight is the food on site, from breakfast to dinner, thinking about all types of audiences! I loved it!! I highly recommend it!!

This is a great place to have a relaxing weekend, but the premium rooms aren't greatest and it's a little pricey.

The Q Center is located 1 hour from Chicago's O'Hare Airport, in a corner of the St. Charles Forest in Kane County. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and traffic, it is ideal for business groups, conventions, meetings, training programs. With sports facilities, a gym, walkways in green areas and relaxed spaces with great security !!!

The workers and servers are good, hardworking, and friendly. There are quite a few options for activities on the grounds and there is a shuttle to go to downtown St. Charles for additional activities.
There are many different options available at meal times and they do a good job with their signage that gives the name of the food and any allergens or dietary issues that one may need to think about before eating.
It's great that you can get anywhere in the sprawling buildings without ever going outside. The layout is confusing, it's easy to get lost or turned around.

Was there for a conference. The room was spartan and way too pricey for what it was. The snack availability were great for the conference. I didn’t get to try any hot food unfortunately due to timing. The grounds were nice. The staff was friendly. If the rooms were better, it would have been a great experience.
