After many years of patronage I can no longer recommend this business. We try to maintain our vehicles and keep after repairs. Recently bought one of our cars in for an estimate for paintless dent repair. Having used Royal for similar service in the past she expected a similar walk-around followed with a written estimate. This time she got a series of excuses and was indirectly told they didn't want the Work. That isn't how you treat loyal customers. Time to move on. Plenty of other shops out there.

I have used Royal Coach St Charles for many years and several different cars. They always do excellent work and you can't tell that work as been done. The repaired areas always look brand new. Their paint matching is perfect no matter what color the vehicle is. I enjoy working with Richard, he's a straight shooting no nonsense guy.Services: Painting

The stress of being in two auto accidents in the last three years that were not my fault was enough, Richard at royal coach took care of me both times. My jeep always comes back clean AND Richard works directly with my insurance company so I didn't have that added stress. Great quality and service, every time!

I went to the Royal Coach for damage done to my side driver mirror. I’ve been to various body shops, but this is the only genuine, top service, organized body shop I’ve ever been too. My dilemma was taken care of efficiently and effectively versus most places. If you live in the west burbs near St. Charles, IL, and need car repairs (internal/external) done then go to Royal Coach.
