Avoid this place!!! Theresa destroyed my three year old daughter’s hair by chopping it all off and giving her a boy hair cut. She just had her hair cut two weeks prior, and Theresa insisted on cutting her hair again while my son was getting his hair cut. Theresa was rude to my disabled mother, rude to my son and refused to listen to my mother and give my daughter a tiny trim. When I called Theresa was rude to me, laughed at my complaints, encouraged me to post a bad review and refused to refund our money. I cannot believe this place stays in business! My daughter’s hair was lovely and perfect before it was all chopped off.

Avoid this place and avoid Theresa! They do not care about their customers. They refused to do right by you if you are unhappy. They ruined my three-year old daughter’s beautiful platinum blonde hair by chopping it down to nothing and giving her a boy hair cut! My mother, my daughter and I are all in tears! Theresa was Super rude to my mother and I, and they refused to even try to make things right. Laughed at our complaints and encouraged us to post bad reviews. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

Got my hair done by Carlo…. $75 and the back of my hair is completely butchered. I’m in near tears. I don’t even understand how a haircut could go this bad. I’m mindblown how it’s so uneven and random lengths . So disappointed. I can’t even make sense of these layers

I decided to switch from a "budget" salon and am very happy I did! Carlo was very welcoming and did an excellent job. Best haircut I have had in a long time.

Carlo has been my stylist for years!!! I consider myself lucky!!!! When I walk into the salon... everyone says hello to me and makes me feel so welcome. Carlo is an excellent stylist... very precise. I have had long hair, shoulder length, blonde and brunette hair during my years at his salon. Every time I leave... I love my hair!!! They have fabulous products at the salon. Carlo really cares!!! Hello.
I went to this salon for the first time a month ago and it's my last. The atmosphere was very lively and crowded. Flashy rustic design. I found Theresa on Facebook and as I was looking through her hair portfolio it seemed promising. I had an appointment set with Theresa. As a newbie, I felt my appointment was very rushed and chaotic. I explained to Theresa that I wanted a balayage with cool blonde and Theresa went onto crash course explain the process of stylist terms that I'm not familiar which included: Lightener (bleach), Root melt and Olaplex products. Theresa was more keen on selling the products by emphasizing how good these products are for maintaining my hair healthy and how good they smell. Theresa was pushy about me buying the Olaplex shampoo and oil. I felt as the process should've been explained more thoroughly. Then the hair service started, Theresa then quickly got her bleach bowl and handed me the foils and I had to quickly give her the foils like an assembly line. Once the foils were in my hair, Theresa put a cap on and had me sit under the heat bowl. As I was processing, she showed me the color chart and explained that my hair can be like an ashy blonde. I understood that it wouldn't be as cool as I wanted and was ok with that. After being under the heat, I was seated in the washing chair and Theresa took out the foils and let me sit with the root melt for 20 min. At this point Theresa went to attend another client. After that I had to sit in a backwards position, on my knees and holding a towel to my neck while Theresa power rinsed my hair. I then had to flip quickly facing forwards and Theresa washed my hair and towel dried my hair, I then went back to Theresa's chair and Theresa asked if I wanted a haircut I said no. Just blow dry and little styled. She said ok and did so. Afterwards, I was in a bit of shock as the hair didn't look like balayage at all but I got highlights. After the service, I walked to the heat cap chairs and found Theresa going over the charges with my mom and Theresa had instructed me to go to the front desk and write down my name, number and email. I then later found out they we were charged for a haircut that I did not ask for / receive. 2 things I didn't like 1. I got highlights not balayage 2. I was charged for haircut I didn't get. I would like my money back or atleast half!! $275 for highlights is extreme.
