Impossible to donate as the drive up is always closed. I explicitly drive out of my way to donate to the Salvation Army and not Goodwill, but after the fourth time in a row during business hours that this has happened and I am finally giving up and will take any future donations to Goodwill.

Was left unattended by the jewelry counter for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to help me and my friend out. Unidentified worker standing by door makes rude comment “if you need help you should ask instead of standing there” then when left the store manager hears a comment that I left about her being quite rude and bans us / threatening to call the police on us. Never shopping here again.

Drop-off was smooth & easy; the store, a youngman, was kind & patient. Thank you.

I am rating 3 stars because this is the second time we came to donate and the lane was closed by 5 PM when posted hours are until 7 PM.
We like to shop here and have had decent experiences. Things have had things rung up wrong (color ticket percent off is ignored), or missing when we get home.

Quality Salvation Army thrift store. Very organized, helpful staff, great book selection, lots of clothing to see. I'd return again!

The prices at the St. Charles location are ridiculously high. This causes items to sit until 50% off and by that time they are broken. The Montgomery location prices their items to sell and are much more reasonable. Please remember you get your items for free. Do better.

Website shows donation accepted for posted store hours. Loaded up vehicle, drove across town and the drive-up donation center was blocked and closed with several signs kinda threatening you about “Dumping is Illegal.” I tried calling the store. Only number listed is an 800 number which throws you into continuous loop of “scheduling a pick-up.” I prefer Goodwill anyway, just this place was closed. Saved your efforts and avoid Salvation Army. 0 stars.

Wack prices for older used clothes! Pricers are out of touch for this being a nonprofit business.

It’s the 2nd time that I was yelled at when dropping off a donation. You might want to train your staff to be polite to donors. There was no reason for him to bark at me. I will probably stick to Goodwill. Always polite and thank me.

Priced very expensive. Dirty and smelled like something is burning. VERY long lines to check out. We ended up putting back our items because we didn’t want to wait 20 minutes in line. When dropping off donations, the man acted like we were a bother. He didn’t even da anything just grunted at me when I tried to hand him donations.

This store has a large array of clothing which is great for men and women, and the pricing is very good. The manager Jackie is nice, approachable, and down to earth. They also have furniture.
