We could not have had a better experience! We dealt with Sammy mainly, but also another gentleman. They could not have been more helpful, professional, and most of all, engaging with my four year year-old. They assisted with an electric bike and new carrier. Sammy said a couple of times that we will be taking the long way home once we purchased the bike. I chuckled, but he could not have been more correct… the experience and service were excellent and the bike was perfect! We will definitely be back!

I was riding my e-bike on the trails and got a flat. Luckily, I was near Sammy’s Bikes and was able to walk it straight there. They were able to take care of me quickly, and had me back on my wheels in less than 15 min. The staff was very friendly. I nightly recommend this bike shop!!

Sammy's is a 5 star guy. I did not buy my e bike from him but within 3 years of owning my bike I brought it the bike shop in Batavia where I purchased it in for my gear being to hard to turn. They offered me a tune up and after I picked up the bike the back brake squealed so loud which it didn't before I did not need to use my horn. I immediately took it back and was told these brakes do this sometimes and we can replace them for a charge. I was also kind of laughed off. I took my bike to Sammy and it was fixed in less then 15 minutes. Lesson well learned. Thanks Sammy

Wonderful experience! First time in and John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to fit all of our needs and let us test ride to find the perfect bike. Definitely recommend!

I drive Over an hour to come to Sammy’s. He has the best customer service. Sammy will take the time to make sure you have the best bike for you, and your budget. And his service after the sale is second to none. I can’t think of a better shop. Or a better person to do business with.

Terrible customer service. Recommended we get 18 inch bike (instead of a 16 inch) for my then 4 year old. It look her 3 year to grow into it, Prolonging her ability to ride without training wheels. And now she’s ready for bike with gears. Also I will probably have to buy a 16 inch bike for my 2 year old eventually.Have regretted our decision to buy a kids bike for many years now. Avoid making the same mistake.

Sammy’s has always been our go to shop for buying bikes and getting them repaired for several years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a Momentum E-bike from them and absolutely love it. I can now comfortably take a longer bike ride without getting worn out.
