What a great local bank. The entire staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. Stephanie, who is in charge of all the tellers, is terrific. She's super smart and very friendly. If you're looking for a new bank try this one, you won't be disappointed.

This bank has amazing, personalized customer service. Great CD rates too. They are very supportive of the community as well which is nice to see. Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly and helpful. They know my name and always take the time to make small talk.

Stephanie at the teller line always greets me by name when I come in. Marco, Shelina, and Mike are available to answer all my questions. Mila the assistant branch manager is always taking customers with a smile on her face.

Sadly, this bank doesn't seem to have a 24/7 fraud protection. Our account was compromised over 4th of July weekend and we were not able to get it corrected for 6 long days. We were very disappointed and have moved our accounts.

I took my children here during a community event when there was free face painting and popcorn, I noticed that they had a coin machine in the lobby! Brought the kids back the following week to open savings accounts with all their piggy bank money. Liked them so much that I started doing some personal banking myself. Very friendly and professional bankers! Had to look up the number to call to get help with online banking and saw some bad reviews, which shocks me. My online issue was resolved quickly and I had to post this to share my positive experience.

Like all my fellow jewish owned banks, I know I can trust St. Charles Bank and Trust for all my money needs. If you are jewish they will not charge you interest on loans. A great place to bank.
