These people go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable leaving our 2 1/2 year old little girl with them Monday Through Friday which is never easy to do when you have an infant. But I always leave feeling at ease and have peace of mind that she is being well cared for. She has progressed in her talking abilities, and her personality has really blossomed since we started taking her to kindercare and she has learned so much already. She interacts so sweetly more with other kids, and her cousins and family members and I Know we owe that to the staff at kindercare. Everyone who works there is extremely gifted, kind hearted, and amazing with children. Caesar has a very calm demeanor which I admire and Autumn (our daughter) talks about him like he’s her friend when she gets home and we always look forward to seeing him again. I can’t say enough good things about the other staff members. Just warm, educated and very loving and responsible people who I trust everyday to care for my daughter. Crystal is a saint. I am a new first time mother and she has helped me on numerous occasions when I had a question or needed guidance. Thank you Kindercare, wishing you all so many blessings in the coming new year and for years to come.

Teachers and building administrator are fantastic, 3 Star due to the building needing a complete redo it's out dated definitely needing a face lift.

Today was my daughter's first day at KinderCare, and I'm already very pleased and impressed. Kindercare utilizes an app that provides parents and guardians updates and photos on the child's well-being and progress throughout the day, which is absolutely phenomenal. I was so worried and scared at the thought of my baby being in a daycare, but the people at KinderCare have gone above and beyond to ease the process and give us comfort during the transition. Thank you guys!

We sent our daughter to KinderCare when she was only a few months old and we quickly saw how much the teachers and staff cared for her; she loves going to 'school' every day at KinderCare and continues to hit every developmental benchmark - we're very thankful for the team there for all they do every day.

My daughter is currently enrolled here at the moment and I thought I would share our experience so far. Krystal the director has been wonderful and welcoming to my family and daughter since day 1. We had just moved from Colorado and she made the transition super easy! She is always happily greeting us with any questions or concerns. If she is not in the office we can always count Ms. Laura or Ms. Ally giving our daughter a warm welcome. Ms Donna was my daughter first teacher in the toddler room! She helped us wing away the paci and still greets my daughter with a big hug every morning! (It is such a beautiful sight to see, especially during the mornings when I am rushing to work.) Her current teachers Ms. Mary and Ms. Olivia ABSOLUTE ANGELS! How they manage the kiddos and still make it sooo fun I will never know! I always get photos and updates of my daughter doing fun activities! My daughter feels so safe to come to school and it shows when she is snuggling on her teachers. In such crazy times it is so nice to know that my daughter is safe, happy, and healthy during her school time experience. Thank you for making this nervous mama feel at peace!

My 4 year old goes here. He has separation anxiety and the teachers are so amazing with him. My niece also went here 10 years ago and we have always loved it! Communication is always great too! They always let me know how he is doing throughout the day and sending pictures makes a busy parents work day go by a little better!

I was so worried about sending my son back to school during this time with Covid but this center has put a lot of great precautions into play that I feel so comfortable with sending my son back to daycare so that I can go to work. They are always in contact if there is ever an issue. The teachers are fantastic and very patient with my son. He just loves going there and always has a fantastic experience

As a new parent, I was worried about putting my son in daycare. The directors and teachers at Kindercare in St Charles quickly took that worry away. They were very welcoming and warm with my family. They provided updates throughout the work day - including pictures! - to make sure I knew what was going on. It calmed my nerves and I knew my son was receiving great care. My son always leaves the center smiling and sweaty, showing me he had a good day of play and fun! He’s 18 months and has been picking up tons of words since joining the daycare, including thank you and all done! I’m very happy with our decision!

My wife and I have had our two children at KinderCare in St. Charles for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Our oldest had some challenges and the staff and directors of the facility were very instrumental in helping him. They are committed to children's development and safety. We were able to have our 5 year old enrolled in remote learning at the daycare for Kindergarten, which has been great. Our youngest son is 2 and has been enrolled since he was 9 months. During the pandemic, the facility has taken precautions to keep our kids safe with temperature checks, masks, and increased cleaning. It's a great place to send your kids and more affordable than most of the daycares we had looked at previously.

This is a wonderful daycare. My oldest has been going here since he was 1, he is now 5. I feel that my child is in great hands while I am at work. The center director has a lot of experience and always has the child's best interest in mind. They all go above and beyond at this location. My son has learned so much over the years while being in their care and I wouldn't have it any other way. They have librarians come in, ice cream truck visits in the summer, dj parties, and many more fun activities. I highly reccomend!

The teachers, director and assistant director are absolutely amazing! My son has been attending this center since he was 4 months old, he will be turning 3 soon and I now have my 2 month old at the center as well. It was extremely hard leaving my oldest son that very first week but the directors were great. They allowed me to call and check up on him all the time. Leaving my little guy there was hard but I knew he would be loved. They are all understanding, humble and so very helpful. The teachers have such great patience and are teaching my son soo much. I specifically picked this center from all of the others I spoke to because they do not use technology. Their teaching methods are old school which I love. My sons will learn enough about technology outside of daycare I much prefer the organic way of teaching. I recommend this center to family and friends, a few have enrolled their kids in KinderCare facilities including this one. This is a great place.

My son has been going there since August of 2018, and they have been amazing with him. The staff is always friendly and they treat my son very well. They take an interest in helping him achieve and celebrate his milestones, as well as give great feedback on his daily experiences. They provide a safe and happy environment and we couldn't be happier with our decision to choose this location.
