Terrible service! I’ve been paying for membership for over 4 years now and quality of wash has been on a steady decline. The wash is often closed and not available for service. Yet, when it finally is open today, I am currently standing at the wash, being denied service because the wash failed to clean the car in first two attempts and I am trying to go through the wash for the third time. Definitely time to find another wash for our cars

Recent reviews are sending a message manager!!! Time to up grade the equipment as it does not work well. Truck does not come out as clean. Seems there is a lot less water and soap these days Probably cutting costs. Will be looking elsewhere soon. Please fix it back to how it was!

If the first pass doesn't get your vehicle clean, ask to go through again. Vacuums actually work here!
While there is usually plenty of parking to dry off your vehicle, the only downside is the car wash lanes and those using the vacuums are squeezed into a tight area.

Prices went up and quality went down. You basically pay $8 for your car to get wet. That's probably what all the up charges are for but if the most basic wash can't get dirt off my sedan, I don't really feel confident spending more money here.

Picked the most expensive wash, and my car still came out with bird poop on it. I felt like some of the sprayers were not working, as well. The ones that were working dispensed a meager amount of product for the heft $22 price tag. Subpar overall.

Horrible. Pay for a monthly service and they are always closed. Try to give benefit of doubt, but enough is enough.

They damaged a part of my car and claimed it was my car’s fault. They said the part on my car was broken which was an absolute lie. Please keep in mind that I have been through this car wash and others many times with the same vehicle without issue. We were buying the monthly wash plan for 2 vehicles. Canceled both. Terrible management, poorly maintained car wash, awful customer service. There are other places that are better. Don’t go here.
