Excellent! Dropped in on short notice and Eric was happy to get us started. The training was perfect. Eric was very in-tune with what we needed to hear and know during the entire circuit and it made for a greet work out. Nice facility and equipment. Must go!

Sweat was a great workout and way to start my morning! The boot camp had the perfect mix of strength training and cardio - I was definitely sweating by the end! Eric was a great instructor - he was motivating and walked you through all the movements and proper form. Definitely recommend!

Sweat is an excellent workout. The gym is named appropriately. Eric puts you through a non-stop one hour workout. If you're looking for a true full body workout without needing to dedicate an hour and half to two hours. Sweats for you. You will know you've been through a real workout. Great gym Eric.

I come from Nashville to the area once a month and have been looking for a bootcamp style workout class- SO glad I found Sweat! It's circuit training so you do a Little bit of everything (weights, cardio, core, etc). You can modify the workout to make it as easy or challenging as you want and Eric is extremely personable and helpful along the way. There are plenty of class times available to fit anyone's schedule and most importantly it's not intimidating for a "newbie". I also like how I feel like it's a great workout but the class isn't too long either. Can't wait to go back my next time in town!

Sweat is an excellent work out and gym. It is full body, intense and not too long either. Effective and efficient. You work at your own ability at each station, not the same thing every single day either. Eric is always there to encourage, teach and motivate. The glasses are small, you are never lost in the workout or moves, and almost feels like small group personal training. Part of the best thing about Sweat is Eric, he makes you feel welcome and a part of the community. The gym is like a local family business and a genuine quality you won't get in a bigger gym. I would highly recommended to anyone, whatever their fitness level, for a great strength and full body workout, or anyone new to the area.

Really enjoyed my 1st workout with Eric at his studio. Looking forward to getting back there as soon as I feel like I can do another squat without hurting too much

Great workout! This is a bootcamp style workout/high intense interval training. Eric does a great job of mixing up the class. You never know what you are walking into. Location is good, right above Rocketfizz and the Finery on Main st. Classes are smaller so he can give better attention to each person. I would highly recommend this workout to any fitness level who wants to get in shape or keep in shape.
