Where has this been all my life? I am new to kettlebells. I previously dabbled in weight training with the StrongLifts app, which gets boring after a while. I can’t say enough about this gym. I was blown away by the owner and coaches. They are friendly, warm, and supportive. The class times are awesome. I’m a busy professional with two small children and unfortunately many gyms in the area only have classes during business hours. Results? Well I’m 4 weeks in and I feel amazing. I’m so excited to see where I am in 6 months and beyond. I’m a convert and I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be in the best health of their life. Only kicking myself that I hadn’t found them earlier.

I love Rebellion Kettlebell! The gym community is wonderful. The coaches are knowledgeable, fun and supportive. They’re ready with modifications if I need an alternative or to push me to work a little harder. Workouts are different everyday which is awesome! The owner Christina is super nice and cares about all the members.

Love this gym! I tried it out because I like kettlebell workouts and now I'm hooked! As a PT and strength coach myself, I am not new to exercise but I love that I am introduced to movements and exercises I don't know! The workouts are well thought out, fun, and the best part is the members! It really is a community. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love everything about Rebellion! . I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Perfect for beginners to everyday workout fanatics . The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. Very clean gym

Been coming to Rebellion for 9 months, and we have never had the same workout. Great coaches, challenging workouts, and the members are good people as well. Highly recommend if you are looking to change up your workout routine.

Wonderful gym. Great instructors, great community, great workouts. Challenging, but easy on the joints. I tried F45 but quickly developed some tendon and ligament strain. I prefer kettlebell based exercises, intense but low impact. Very happy to be a member at F45

Amazing community, supportive coaches, and workouts that both push you and show you how strong you are both mentally and physically! I have been to evening classes, mid morning classes, and am currently a part of the 5:30 am crew. Each class has an amazing group of people who help each other grow and push each other to be the best we can be! All while having the amazing coaches right there to get you through the workouts with modifications for each movement to meet you where you are whether you are just starting out your workout journey or you are a veteran in the gym, as well as making sure you are doing each movement the way it is intended to get the most out of every workout while keeping your body safe! My advice: do a trial class and I know you will want to join the rest of the rebels and I!

I've been a member of this gym since 2012 and a part-time coach since 2016. I don't live or work close so it's not because it's convenient...it's because of the community, which only became stronger under the new ownership in 2020. Whether you attend the morning, night, or @home classes we are family. The very first day you join, you can be sure the coaches and members will welcome you with open arms and enthusiasm. While kettlebells can be intimidating, we all started somewhere and know the hardest part is actually walking through that door and we all respect that first step! The workouts programmed by a Certified Coaching Team are thoughtful and challenging - helping us to get stronger and keep our goals in check. They are all completely modifiable for beginners, or if working around injuries. Not to mention, they are super fun too!!! Who doesn't love sledge slams?!?! The new space at Rebellion Kettlebell has instituted necessary COVID precautions - designated spaces for you to work out in, ventilation and constant air circulation, and cleaning and sanitation between each class. Seriously, I couldn't ask for a better place to call my second home!!!

I joined Synergy about a year ago when my gym was closed for Covid. Unlike my local gym, Synergy provided their members with amazing daily workouts online! And even now, with the gym open, they continue to post a workout of the day for members who don’t live in the area or are not comfortable going into the gym. I live in California and couldn’t be happier with the gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and incredibly motivating. The owner goes above and beyond for her members! I highly recommend this gym for locals AND remote members.

Best coaches and members! Everyone has been nothing but welcoming and supportive since I first joined in June. Fun and challenging workouts that are great for all skill levels. Great support and attention to all newcomers, the coaches definitely make sure to ease you in to the more advanced movements so you don’t hurt yourself of feel like you need to do more than you know how. Overall a very fun workout environment, helping you reach your fitness goals with a smile and some laughs.

I recommend trying the FREE 30 day pass - it is the best way to experience a gym. Most gyms give you one free day - going back consistently is the true way to see if it’s the right place for you! The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly and personally help new people as well as all the members.

I had never really used a kettlebell until a few months ago I did the 21 days for $21 trial. Everyone was so welcoming and all the coaches were so helpful in getting me acclimated to all the new moves. I eventually signed up for a full membership, and am so glad I did! The workouts are never redundant and keeps things exciting! They also do a great job with following CDC guidelines in the gym and have zoom options for those who choose to stay home! Excellent gym. Excellent coaches. And excellent atmosphere among the members :)
