My fingerprint appointment was for 10:20. I walked in early and Eric got it all taken care of early and quick. I was out of the door before 10:30. Highly recommend

This place has the best customer service ! Website super easy to use to send pictures to print, quick turnaround. Used their services to send pictures to relatives in St. Charles, couldn't be happier with the quality and the service.

If you checked so many places and they make you feel like you are a crazy person looking for something that doesn’t exist , this is your place definitely.Eric is a great professional in his field. I liked his creative approach to business and timely execution.The quality of the papers and prints is excellent and I wouldn’t trust to give my orders to anyone else. I have a virtual mailbox with Custom Press Printing. I know they are usually busy, but they listen and pay attention to my needs. I am very impressed with their service. Eric will go out of his way to help me. His level of detail and care is hard to find these days.

Can I leave 6 stars? Google won’t let me, but I’ll do it anyways!I don’t like shipping. Not sure why, but it stresses me out. I had some important documents to ship, and I was anxious about it. I was planning to go to one of the “big guys”, but instead stumbled upon this business.The times I’ve shipped at the big guys in the past is stressful and I’ve found their service tends to be impolite and lackadaisical.But the experience with Eric was excellent. He explained the nuance of my shipment, helped me find the best route, and proceeded through the whole transaction smoothly.Highly recommend!
