I wish I could give negative one star. DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT SHOP HERE. There was 2 women that confronted me in a very rude unperfessional manner. I have over 15 years of customers experience and I would fire someone over the way they spoke to me. Their was 5 minutes left to shop and I wanted to look at one last thing before I left and before I could get there they litterally scolded me for not going to the front to check out. So I didn't purchase the item I wanted and left. I will not be back.

Normal tj Maxx experience. Slow check out for a Tuesday at 11 but still good prices.

They had several nice Patricia Nash handbags; a great sale on fine jewelry & some nice 2 piece knit outfits. Check T.J.'s in St. Charles out. I bet you'll fine a lot of items you like and buy a few things. Don't take my word for it, check them out for yourself and buy a thing or two. Take care. Thank you.

Very unprofessional employees!!!!! My husband & I were checking out 8:55pm on 1/11/24 - one employee on the registers and 3 females & 1 male standing around talking & on their phones. The female with the manager badge was yelling back & forth with another employee. My husband had to go up & ask to open another register as the line was forming & they were not helping their customers. You clearly heard the employees yelling profanity & talking about their drinking last night.

Unprofessional staff! I came in with my wife and son & browsing in the men's section & I over hear the manager & employees talking about their drinking last night & yelling profanity at each other. When we were checking out in line there's only one register open & one of the employees on their phone calling someone & the manager was yelling at the top of her lungs drawing attention to all the customers. The manager & two other employees were standing around & I had to go ask for them to open up a new register. After I asked to open the register one of the employees mocked me saying "oh no a line" horrible experience & very unprofessional workers.

Idk if I want to shop here again no one is on the floor I asked someone nicely “hey can you price check something for me I can’t find anyone else on the floor?” Because the price was blacked out for some reason They were kinda rude. (I understand retail sucks) They told me to go in front for the price check when there was a long line and only two people at the registers. I also saw there were just a bunch of employees in the back where all the boxes are and just talking. They couldn’t just call someone? I just wanted a price check that’s all. I put everything back and left. Everything is picked over, used or broken anyways. Not even organized.
