I took my dog to get a bath at tractor supply and they are usally a really good place but today i don’t know what was up with it first walked in to floor covered and i mean covered in dog hair and i know there is gonna me some but im talking about the whole floor was covered with clumps of hair and then there used to be 4 neck collars to hook the dog to the bath but today there was only one and it was choking her so i couldn’t use it and had to just towel dry her and barely wash her and i went to ask an employee if there were any more and he was so useless and was like no they just disappear over time. poor customer service and poor management

This was our 2nd attempt to use the self service dog wash. We tried at different times of the week and day, thinking it would make a difference and it was a one off situation, apparently not. The DW facility is deplorable, all out disgusting. ALL of the towels are piled high and over flowing in the bins in the corners. When we asked if they had any in the back the staff was extremely rude. There were a varied of excuses. The floor is flooded due to the pipes from the basins not being aligned with the drains and covered in dog hair. The drains are filthy and are in need of a hair trap. Other than towels and soap, in my opinion, nothing else should be provided since the general public has the inability to clean out the provided bushes and combs. Just so rude. Same on you St Charles. While the public should have some responsibility to clean up after themselves, there should be a better system to keep the DW facility in better standings or just don't offer the service at all.

Our first time here, Jaisly was super kind and cheerful and helpful. Helped my family in Spanish and English - a much needed skill set and beneficial! Super sweet and gave us a good first impression of the place.

Staff was nice. Self service dog wash was filthy. The water smelled bad. Dryers were broken. Have had good experiences here as a general shopper, will not be returning for dog wash.

Went on Saturday morning for their self service dog wash, got there at 8:10am, 10 mins after they opened and their dog wash was absolutely disgusting. Dirty towels were piled out of the basket, mold under the tubs and dog hair every where. Looked like the floor hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The garage cans had hair and trash inside about 1/2 full. Told the workers on the way out but they didn’t seem to care. Just said okay.

Ordered online for in-store pickup they only gave me half my order by the time I realized it I was home and the store was already closed. I called the next morning and asked girl to just mail me the other half of my order and she takes all my information and says she'll call me back and let me know. 5 hours go by and I haven't heard from her so I called back and another person answers the phone and says she'll have to call the manager. She puts me on hold for 5 minutes and comes back and says someone will call me tomorrow. I asked her if I should just go through the corporate customer service and she says I don't care what the hell you do and hangs up on me.
