Tracy helped us so much in purchasing our new home. We had several options and she took the time to get us a breakdown on our payments with each house we looked at. When we finally decided on our dream home, she kept us updated on any changes to our monthly payments and she was quick to respond to any emails or questions we had. Tracy is a miracle worker.
I had an outstanding experience working with Tracy alongside Green State Mortgage. From start to finish, they made the mortgage process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. In reality, there was a lot of stress however, Tracy went out of her way in order to make sure that the process was positive one. She went out of her way a few times to go to bat for me and it was much appreciated. Communication was clear and she answered every question I had with patience and expertise.

A Miracle Worker in Mortgage Lending!
I cannot thank Tracy Flanagan enough for what she pulled off. This deal almost fell apart multiple times, and there were moments when I genuinely thought it wouldn’t happen. But Tracy never gave up. She worked relentlessly—through every challenge, twist, and hurdle—to make sure we crossed that finish line. And against all odds… we did.
Even when I was sitting with the notary, I still wasn’t convinced it would actually close. I didn’t fully believe it until the keys were finally in my hands. That’s how intense this transaction was. My self-employment made the financing process especially difficult, but Tracy stayed focused and never let the complexity slow her down. She kept pushing forward with patience, persistence, and pure determination.
Tracy’s communication, professionalism, and commitment were unmatched. I truly believe most other loan officers would have walked away from this file—but she saw it through, all the way to the end.

We were referred to Tracy by our real estate agent. We were using a different lender who couldn’t get the loan done in time as we were in a crunch. Tracy stepped in and within a week had our loan approved and escrow closed. She worked very hard for us and we appreciate all that she did. I would recommend Tracy for any of your lending needs.
