Supposed to be completed in 1 week, it took them 6. I understand things happen, but there was little / no communication of the progress - I had to call the shop every few days, and when I did they could never give me a definitive timeline. Just kept dragging on and on.
I asked the manager for a discount for the inconvenience, which I don’t think is unreasonable for someone in my position to do under these circumstances. I didn’t expect them to work for free, I asked them to cover the $500 deductible I owed to my insurance. (3% of the $17,000 job). He said that isn’t something they have ever done in 30 years, basically to just deal with it.
I asked this of him a few times on one of our numerous conversations, he made it sound like he’d do it “to keep me satisfied” and also told me “maybe we just don’t do business together anymore”. He ended up asking for it when I picked up my car, I just paid it and left.
Pretty frustrating after I had used their company four times in the past four years - I was shocked they wouldn’t offer a small concession like that as a way to make up for it, and I most likely would not have taken the time to leave a negative, yet truthful review if they had.

I am happy given the choice of some good body shops I opted for TriCity Autos. They did a great job on my Rav4 front bumper replacement and misc. works. They were professional, cooperative and delivered the car on time!

Took my car in 2 years ago for body work. They did a FANTASTIC job. It was perfect!!! Nice people too and honest. Highly recommend. Should have written this sooner but you will not find anyone better for amazing body work.

These guys went above and beyond they did little extras that they called me for while they took care of a few things this is a quality shop I took a Cadillac Escalade hero for a new tailgate and bumper and they blew me away
