I have worked with Ken and Two Roads Lending on many different transactions - buying, selling, and refinancing. Ken and the team are professional, communicative, and creative in helping brainstorm the best possible custom solutions. They work with integrity and professionalism. In my last few transactions, Jessica Bush ran point and was especially helpful. I will be working with them again. Highly recommend!

The Bukowski Team with Two Roads Lending should consider changing their name to The Rockstar Team because that's exactly what they are. These rockstars are the absolute easiest home lending team to work with, so feel free to leave any worries behind you. We've worked with Two Roads for both our initial home purchase and more recently, our refinance. Not only have both interactions been completely seamless and painfree, but a true pleasure. I've heard many horror stories with refinances, but our experience with Two Roads was a breeze. We won't use anyone else!

Rob and the whole Two Roads Lending team has done a fabulous job in helping us with our last two home sales. I can't possibly recommend Phil and the entire Two Roads Lending team highly enough. As a first time homebuyer, both Phil and Christine both made what was initially an experience that terrified me and made it achievable, approachable and simple with a friendly, personal touch. I never felt like a "number", no matter what questions I had they both took the utmost care and patience to make things clear and understandable and helped me to feel incredibly confident about one of the biggest life decisions one can make. We used Two Roads Lending this spring during the crazy market when rates were starting to rise. We could not have been any happier. Phil and the team did a great job. Every email was replied to and every phone call returned. They took the time to explain forms and documents, explained all of our mortgage options and always asked if we had any questions. We got our clear to close about 2 weeks before the closing which really helped calm the nerves while so many other moving parts were taking place. I would recommend Two Roads Lending to anyone even thinking about purchasing or refinancing home.
