Go to literally any other UPS if you can! I was arguing with the woman at the counter because they refused to pack and ship my return. I’ve never in my life had to pay for an shipping envelope or box at any other ups stores.. my email for the return label quite literally told me I did not need a box or shipping envelope because ups store will PACK AND SHIP my return for me. Nope. I had to pay $5 for a shipping envelope!! I won’t be back to this store ever again and I plan to warn everyone else. I hope scamming people out of a few bucks is worth it.

I cannot remember the last time that I had such quality customer service at a printing and shipping facility. The service is fast and personalized; the employees are friendly and very competent. I will never go to any other location but this one because the manager really knows how to run a business! I’m thrilled with my experiences here.

WOW! Not sure what the difference is from one UPS store to another that is only a few minutes away, but the price difference was outrageous. They were charging well over $120 to ship a package but the store down the street was at $66 shipped and insured. I was thrown back by the price they quoted and I'm glad I decided to walk out and check a different store. What a rip off! Beware!

Jagruti Patel, Store Manager, did an outstanding, professional job photocopying and binding a beloved recipe book that we had borrowed from a friend. We think the bound copy actually looks better than the original. Ms. Patel was always polite, accurate in her cost estimates, sensitive in her suggestions of paper color and stock, and careful in her photocopying and binding. The job was even completed ahead of schedule. We are very pleased. Kudos!

I had to ship a package to Canada and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I called, the staff was incredibly kind and reassured me that I could return to add it. I was also confused about the multiple invoices required for customs, but Jagruiti went above and beyond to explain everything clearly, making the process effortless—she even provided me with a bag to keep everything organized! Jigna was equally amazing, offering friendly and attentive service. The team at this UPS Store is outstanding, and their customer care is unmatched. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The service I receive there has always been 5 star, top notch. They greet you with a smile. And certainly know what they’re doing. From shipping to copying they have the solutions to get the job done.

This is the only UPS store I will go to! It is always super busy, but the team members handle it so well. If you have to wait in line, it’s not for very long. I had a challenging return shipment that required some unusual boxing and they were able to Assist me with it. The price is always reasonable. Team members are always great and this is always my go to for boxing and printing needs. I have had flyers and brochures both printed and laminated here and they always do an excellent job. Quickly. With the printing jobs, I am able to order them online and they are usually available by the next day at the latest.
