Came in here on a Tuesday to make a deposit first thing when they opened at 10 am. 3 workers here. Two working with the same person in the office and the third worker is working with another couple. 6 people in line. No greeting from the workers or an I'll be right with you. Come on US Bank. This used to be a quick efficient branch, not anymore. Also, these shortened hours are frustrating as well. Bri ng back Sundays.

Melissa at this branch is so great! I went to open a new bank account and she was more than helpful and super nice. She helped me above and beyond and I definitely recommend talking to her at this branch.

Went here to open a new bank account and Melissa Dicken helped me through every step. She was incredibly nice, friendly, and gave me great advice. We got everything done fairly quickly, and she answered every question we had. I definitely recommend coming to this branch and talking to Melissa!

Bank Branch at Meijers. Can do all over the counter bank transactions. Tellers are generally very nice and helpful.

Closest bank to me. But it is a great one, being in a grocery store they have better hours then the other banks. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I don't go in very often due to the bank app but it's a pleasure when I do.
