The past several times I've come here, there has been a person laying on the floor right inside the entrance. Today, I want to drop off a box and noticed a very foul odor. Apparently this person also uses that area as his personal bathroom, as there was a pile of human waste in the corner. They either need to lock these doors at night or get somebody to keep the area sanitary for the visiting public.

I walked in about 10 minutes before closing and PATRICK refused to help me!! He said he had to close and leave and refused to help. Not everyone has 9-5 job and i got there as close to 5 as possible. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He doesn’t belong working in customer service especially for a post office if he thinks he can close down shop before his shift is even over.
**FYI I only had 2 smalll packages that needed to be set out. And had everything packaged up and labeled already as well!! I will be taking this further up with management.

I’ve been paying for a PO Box for the last 2.5 years and my mail often is late (like it’s been sitting somewhere else) before getting to my mailbox. Now I go to get my mail only to find out they now lock the doors so I can no longer access my mailbox when I need to. I was told that I need to change my schedule to get there before they close.I purchased a PO Box to fit my schedule, My schedule doesn’t revolve around the post office.Totally absurd! I pay for full access and now I’m being denied. Apparently some homeless person has been living in there Which is the reason why they started locking the doors. Solve the problem and let us that pay the bills get what they pay for. I haven’t been able to get my mail for 3 weeks now.

This post office is the worst. The lobby used to be open 24 hours but they closed it so the overnight drop off box is pretty much pointless and it you have a P.O box there and get off work after 5 you can't get into it anymore. The staff is so slow it's like they're moving backwards. Save yourself some time and ship with UPS whenever you can

The people that work here are always extremely rude. Don’t even think of coming in within 5 minutes of 1pm because they have to take their lunch break at 1pm and they have no problem telling you that they cannot help you because they close at 1pm for lunch. Horrible service.

Recently I was expecting a package from USPS. I received a notification that my package was "delivered to mailbox". However, when I checked my mail...no package! Not a huge surprise since I've had this exact experience many times. I called the St. Charles post office and spoke to Sherri. She was extremely offended by the situation. She was rude and unprofessional. Her tone was sarcastic and irritated. She is the perfect example of someone who should NOT work with people! I feel sorry for the people working beside her everyday! It took her 3 days to follow-up with me and she was just as rude, unprofessional and sarcastic as the first time! I called and spoke to a manager Lorenzo about the situation, he was professional and courteous, he followed up the same day and helped find my package. Thanks Lorenzo for your help!!!
