Usually the staff are extremely helpful and nice, but today I guess I got unlucky with the person who didn't even try to help me. How is someone so unknowledgeable to not know Amazon ships packages with USPS too. Confuses me why I was told to contact Amazon when USPS is the one saying they couldn't deliver my package. Wish USPS would have a functional customer service line, but they rather let AI completely run that. What a joke.

Liars. 4 packages were expected today. 3 they marked as delivered at/in mailbox. Yet my mailbox was empty. For the 4th package they decided to change it up and marked it as held at post office at customers request, which I most definitely did not do.

I had to send a package internationally. I did not know what I was doing. Two postal workers were so very kind and helpful. I saw gentleness and compassion with each customer served. It was a pleasure to be there.

1 worker at the front counter. 20 people in line. 10 am. Left came back at 3 pm. 1 guy still 20 people in line. I wonder if it was the same 20 people.?? Stayed in line 20 minutes to mail my package. The parking lot is a dump. Pot holes and cracks everywhere. Grass or might I say dandelions and weeds were a foot high. What are they doing with all our money.. it sure isn't in the upkeep of the building or hiring help. I hate coming here..

A big Ty to Jimmy at the St Charles post office. We had 70 certified letters to send, and worried about the amount of time it would take. He was very kind, reassuring us it was ok. He was positive and professional throughout the long process. So nice to meet him, and ty again Jimmy

They mix up my mail all the time. Get neighbors mail. They put my packages in other people's mailbox. Can't get ahold of anyone unless you go in. Packages literally just sitting there for days.

My wife dropped off two packages at the St Charles IL Post Office and handed them to an Indian man behind the counter. One package was entered into the system right away. The other package appears to have never been entered and no one knows what happened to it. Nor does anyone seem to care!! There was no one in the post office but her and the two men behind the counter at the time; they were not busy nor distracted. What happened to the second package???!?

One star is a reach. I’ve called this post office numerous times about missing mail. They say they will investigate but nothing gets done. Our letter carrier, Annette, speeds past house at least 3 days a week. I believe she is stealing mail. She is psycho.

I don't get why the both St Charles have self service kiosks if you can't use them when they are closed. This location you can print the label but can't put your package in the drop off box.

Maybe management can stress to carriers the importance of delivering mail to the correct address. Missing a very important piece of mail with personal information for the second time from same place. Also mailed a certified letter a while back that went missing. Getting very hard to trust thePostal Service. If you get the wrong mail, please put it back in your mailbox for the carrier to pick up and try again. It’s not yours to open or throw away.
