Maybe management can stress to carriers the importance of delivering mail to the correct address. Missing a very important piece of mail with personal information for the second time from same place. Also mailed a certified letter a while back that went missing. Getting very hard to trust thePostal Service. If you get the wrong mail, please put it back in your mailbox for the carrier to pick up and try again. It’s not yours to open or throw away.

3 people behind the counter, a line of people waiting and only 1 person was taking customers. The other 2 were just standing there talking to each other. I waited as long as I could but had to leave to avoid being late for work. The line did not move at all

I went to ship a package this morning (1" x 4" x 8") and brought it to the counter and said "I need to ship this. . .is there something I need to fill out?"The response to this should be "Sure, when do you need it to arrive?" or "Sure, I just need to know where we're sending it. . ."The response I received, was an explanation that this was apparently too difficult for the clerk to do, and that I needed to use the automated kiosk at the entrance. I was a little confused, so I essentially just re-asked the same question and explained that i just needed a tracking number with it and insurance. I was told that there were some labels i needed to purchase (a minimum of two) and that I would take them to the automated kiosk.I'm sorry, but No. I came to the post office because I needed to speak to a human. I didn't want to handle this from my computer, or use an automated service. I drove myself there, to interact with a human. Not a robot. So I confirmed that I needed to speak to a robot, she pointed me in the direction of the robot, and I walked right out the door.Drove myself to Fed-Ex, which had me in and out in less than 2 minutes. No issues. Sure, I probably paid more, but I refuse to drive myself to a full-service facility, only to be told to "use the kiosk."

I go to the post office almost everyday so when I say that this Post Office is one of the best in the area I mean it. The staff is friendly and respectful. They will help you out and tell you at least what you can do if you have an issue. Especially the guy that’s usually on the far left register who wears glasses when you’re looking at the counter. Staff will actually treat you with respect and they definitely don’t talk trash to customers like other USPS’s.They have things set up so that you can use the manual scanning machine to check in your packages (if you want a receipt) and then you can put your packages on the counter all the way on the right end of the blue front counter where the counter dips a little. You will see other packages sitting there. I have never had an issue with this post office. I have never had a lost package I dropped off here. Of course you can always scan and put in the box like normal, or you can also just wait in line if your not comfortable using the manual machine. (But it does save a lot of time. Just remember that your package isn’t OFFICIALLY scanned in until it’s scanned by a USPS employee, but that’s just a legal disclaimer.)Like I said no issues ever at this post office. Sometimes the lines get a little long but that’s only because the other Post Offices in the area are known to be awful. There should be a big difference in the star rating between here and other USPS’s. Far better than the most other Post offices in the area.BTW; Another great location is North Aurora. If you live in the area I would try to go to either one.One last note…(Avoid Batavia USPS like the plague. I have seen those employees get away with EVERYTHING. They are so bad I am mentioning it in another USPS review just as a courtesy, but if you want to see how hard it is to terminate a USPS employee visit Batavia post office…)Hope this helps!!

Extremely grateful for them, a package had been delivered to an old address, and my forwarding had expired. So in my desperate hunt for my package, I was able to reach one of them to hold it for pick up that day instead of it being sent out for return. Very Thankful for this.Remember to support your local Postal Workers, especially during the holidays!

I don’t know the employee working on 7/25 12:40pm at the middle counter was truly clueless or tried to give a hard time when I tried to pick up a package. The note they gave me has my name on it but she keeps ask me to prove the address. It’s my business address is not on my license. Every time I pick up package like this no problem. Only this time this lady tried to give a hard time. Manager next to her gave the package to me after I showed the ID and note and no question asked. Ridiculous

Can't call them so that's awesome... Mail person rang my doorbell 5-7 times for a small package, so I ran out of the shower like the place was on fire to find a 2lb package from Usps... I asked the person that ordered it to see if they added any specific instructions to ring the doorbell obnoxiously, but they said no. So I complained to their website about it, and now they don't deliver our mail. They don't deliver harassment either so that's good, but to stop mail delivery due to rude service seems illegal and just wrong...

The staff is super friendly the super visor was rude as hell and they couldn’t figure out why I didn’t receive my package when they did it wasn’t their fault but the super visor was snotty and wouldn’t give me package that had the same name as my Id and just kept saying I won’t take it off hold no apologies like everyone said no aspect of customer service anywhere I went and got and I’d with the corresponding address and I’ve now been waiting for 15 minutes
