“Best smoke shop in the Saint Charles area. Friendliest staff, best prices, and always a smile on their face when I walk in. I love you guys thank you for being who you are!”
“This is by far the best smoke shop I've ever did business at. The customer service was great and the variety of different products was impressive. Highly recommended”
“Five stars isn't enough for this place. I've been to a lot of glass shops over the years, and this one is in a league of its own. The selection is incredible, everything from affordable everyday pieces to genuinely stunning heady glass from local artists that you won't find anywhere else. The display cases alone are worth the trip.
What really sets it apart is the staff. Zero pretension, endlessly patient, and actually knowledgeable. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and instead of pushing me toward the most expensive thing on the shelf, they asked good questions and walked me to a piece that fit my budget perfectly. It's held up beautifully.
The shop itself is clean, well-lit, and organized, no cluttered chaos like some places. Prices are fair, they stand behind what they sell, and they clearly care about supporting glass artists, AND THEY'VE A POOL TABLE!!!
This is my go-to spot now, full stop. If you're anywhere in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out.”
“One of the best smoke stores around! Huge selection, great prices, and awesome service. Aali is super chill, helpful, and knows his stuff. He made sure I got exactly what I needed. 10/10 experience — will definitely come back!”
“I’d leave a good review regardless of if I got a better deal or not — everyone here is so helpful and could t ask for nicer people to help me decide on my next vape flavor. 5 stars every time”
“Totally cool, knowledgeable staff. Not your average smoke shop. They will assist you in every way. Have been going here for a year or so and always happy with product. Not to mention how neat the shop is set up. I love the them there and how they always greet you with kindness and totally professional. Will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend Uncle Stu's!”

“First off, the customer service here is amazing, I’ve dealt with many shops where they just have no sense of how to deal with people, but this one is great. They also have an awesome selection of vapes and they’re always getting something new in to try. This shop is top notch and the only shop I ever go to, they’re the best around.”
“The best and most convenient store open late night in the area. Always have all the newest selections and whatever I might be looking for that I don’t even know exists! Coolest spot in town!”

“You know it’s really rare to find a place that the owner actually takes time to learn your name? Or even asks your name! ?
It’s pretty hard to find these days. Not here though, Sky Smoke Shopp is the spot, & what this man has done with the place is honestly incredible.”

“Major thanks to Jason , Jasmine and Cocoa !!!
I came in two nights ago and had the most amazing time ever. Even on my walk into the store staff members were so friendly and welcoming making it feel like a safe and cozy place to be immediately. I was happy to see the sweetest and quiet shop greeter Cocoa who had the most lovely demeanor.
I had a blast walking around the store and viewing all of their products and merchandise they truly have some of everything you need here and more plus the store smelled great too. I was then helped out by Jasmine who was so incredibly patient as I had no real idea of what I wanted to get when I walked I so she helped me find options that were perfect for me. Then when I was preparing to wrap things up thinking the fun times were over I got an even better surprise when Jason was kind enough to help inform me about additional store sales and promotions that they offer at this location on top of their prices already being insanely reasonable he offered me even more product suggestions that I would like and wow was he absolutely correct I loved his product suggestions he gave me and I am excited to go back sooner or later to pick up more supply now that I have found a new go to place that I enjoy.
I highly recommend coming here for all of your smoke shop related needs as the customer service here is top notch and the products are unforgettable. You won't be disappointed when you come and you can always find something that you will enjoy here.
Thanks again Jason, Jasmine and Cocoa !!!”
“This is my Go to smoke shop, Not only do they have great brand products but the customer service is beyond 5 stars, The owner and the employees always take the time to ask me exactly what I’m looking for and always suggest different flavors and brands of vapes to try. Every time I leave I leave supper happy with my purchase and always end up coming back. Recently bought this “Hits Blunt” brand Vape and it might be my new favorite highly recommend!”

“Great little tobacco shop hidden away in the shopping center off of Stearns and 59. Good owner always helps me out with anything I need. Always willing to get what he doesn't have for you. Great little hidden gem in Bartlett.”
“Very helpful and friendly staff! Was looking to reduce my nicotine intake and was guided to a device that gives you control over every aspect of the vape. Wonderful place to visit for your vape needs. Cannot recommend enough!”
“Batavia Smoke N Liquor has quickly become one of my favorite stops in town. The staff here are absolutely fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and feeling welcome from the moment you walk in.
The shelves are always fully stocked with an impressive variety of beverages, snacks, and candies, making it a one stop shop for whatever you’re looking for.
What’s even more exciting is the chance to walk into a tasting event. A fun and unique way to try something new. Whether you’re looking for something specific or just browsing, this place will not disappoint.
Batavia Smoke N Liquor is more than just a store; it’s a great experience every time. I’ll definitely keep coming back for the excellent service and fantastic selection!”
“I love this grocery store! The owners are great, and I always find good deals and get what our family needs. They are my favorite place to get bones for making bone broth, and grabbing a rotisserie chicken or other quick easy dinners pre-prepped. It’s a peaceful, friendly atmosphere to shop and we are thankful to have our neighborhood grocery store!”
